This service was good... until it wasn't. I hate writing poor reviews but after reading the other client's review I noted the similarities in our experience. My usual service was once a month for 4 hours, I keep a pretty clean home and just looking for occasional deep cleaning, dusting, baseboards, kitchen type things. My typical charge was $125 which I thought was more then reasonable, never any issues, good work. I was hosting a party over Labor Day and I requested extra time, taking the bill to $150. I left general instructions for the girls and after they arrived 25 minutes late I specifically went over that I needed the house on point for the company I was expecting. I left, later in the day I checked our security system and they had left my home at 12:40, that was just over 2 hours.... I contacted their manager and was weary of the time spent at the house, she was very responsive and I appreciate that, no big deal, as long as they did everything. I get home and literally I can't express my frustration, they worked on half of the house, the only room vacuumed was the master, seriously the stuff that typically got done was untouched! I was baffled how paying for more time had left me with less done. I immediately called and sent pictures. In the company's defense they just issued me a full refund! But I was hit with the exact same conversation, " there wasn't enough time, your house is just too big and the fun one " your expectations are to high" what?!?! Heck yes, when I pay a professional service to clean my home Heaven forbid I EXPECT it done well. We agreed that we needed to go our separate ways, they couldn't meet expectations and I don't want to have to babysit someone to make sure they're actually being honest and working. I'm anticipating a response from this company, so let me specifically say again, I have a large home, I understand 2-4 hours isn't enough to cover everything, however I totally understand that, which is why I had specifically listed what was most important to get to, one thing, ONE thing was done from that list, no excuses, it was awful and I would not recommend this service to any friend of mine. Who doesn't or does know about the service you provided has zero impact on the quality of the actual service. I was joking with your employee, but despite that, it shouldn't matter. You failed to mention that your employees showed up for the job about 30 minutes late and left early, then proceeded to lie about that. Luckily I had security system logs. Before you bash customers you should be sure you are in the right. My security camera in my living shows clips of your upstanding employees standing talking and on their phones for a considerable amount of time, this also might better explain the lack of completion of the giant list I had for them. I was absolutely willing to have your company come back, not those two girls, but I'm not a hateful person, stuff happens and there wasn't any major issues until This point. Thank you for the full refund, that was the right thing to do as a business. However your personal attacks and rude response to any negative experience are outrageous and totally unprofessional. We hired this service 7/27/2016. When we first spoke to the owner, we clarified that we only needed parts of the house done since only one person was living there at the time. The owner, Paul said it was not a problem. We paid for 4 hours cleaning and they would get as much done as possible in the main areas of the house and office. We came home to counter top with crumbs on them and windows sills not cleaned.. Floors were not done well, kitchen table and chairs not touched or cleaned at all. Wood floor had white streaks, marble floor had streaks/residue. When we called the next day, Paul accused us of trying to get out of paying. Said he'd warned us that 4 hours was not enough time. He was very hostile during the conversation. He did not offer a warning, he said they'd do as much as they could. What they did do was substandard cleaning. Paul was rude and defensive and difficult to deal with. Paul did call later but at that point we did not want to deal with him again. DO NOT RECOMMEND this business. read more
