They made us jump through all sorts of hoops to cancel. We cancelled on the 2nd of the month, and they billed us for the whole month. We called and asked to just pay for the service we used and they said they couldn't do that and would send our bill to collections. Customer service hung up on us lol.

Sparklight our telephone and internet provider, arrived Monday late afternoon and around 5:00 pm it was determined that it was an issue with our phone system in-house. I reached out to RG Telcom Tuesday morning and actually sent a photo of our phone system to them. The technician arrived that day and fixed the problem within 35-40 minutes. Great service in a timely manner, I would highly recommend this company.

Communications were okay but far from great. The response times were mostly the same day but other times it may take a few days. The area of concern was that we went to cancel the agreement we gave verbal notice 18 months prior to the expiration of the lease. We spoke again 4 months and told them we were getting bids and that they could bid as well, which they did. Thirty days before the contract was up we called them to tell them we chose a different vendor. We were told that we never gave written notice as per the contract. I was disappointed that the verbal meant nothing but I also recognize that legally they can enforce the agreement. Just be careful and read everything.
