product quality varies. In store bud tenders are so cool and nice. In store management (I don't wanna writ them all off) but let's just say I've had some experiences. However I contacted the email on their website and got a great response. So mixed bag for service but over all good. read more

Refused to take my ID today because it's a Utah ID even though I've been here about 50 times in the past year. They said they did not have enough "information" on Utah IDs to know if it's fake. I believe it's your job to have this information. They also have raised prices, but the good news is there are plenty more dispensaries here in Missoula who do know how to check an ID and have better prices! read more

This place is con artistry at it's finest. Because of deli service style we have to charge $1-$2 more dollars for your purchase, no one else serves this way. Huh weird, I believe Mt kush has deli style as well, but yet I don't get charged extra for it. read more

I don't have enough space to write all the good things I feel about spark1! This is my favorite dispensary in town. They have an amazing selection, knowledgeable friendly staff, and an all around great vibe. I love watching how they improve and come up with new ideas. They really take care of their customers and it shows. They have really cool art and I think it's amazing it comes from local artists and they switch it up. Love how they care for the community! I have to admit that if you asked me just a year ago if I thought I'd be going to a dispensary to buy marijuana I'd say you were crazy! But living in so much pain that I couldn't take it anymore. And trust me I did so much research on it and finally broke down and got my card. I'm so happy to have found spark 1 the number of questions I had about anything they have went above and beyond to help me. I would give this place a 20 star review if I could. They are friendly and easy to talk to. They were very patient and caring. I was so nervous walking in the first time and now I can go in knowing I will walk out knowing I was taken care of by knowledgeable people who care! read more

Management is dumb…read more So I went here despite my misgivings, I think it's disgusting when dispensaries try to market towards children with things like cookies and dogs, it really is unconscionable. But, I heard their stuff was rigorously tested and of the highest quality. So a while back I bought some carts and their top-of-the-line AVD Alpha fully encased pen battery. I LOVED it. It worked great...until it didn't. I went back to get an exchange, no problems. A number of weeks later the replacement pen dies, too. Damn it! Was I doing something wrong? I went through ALL of the company's materials and SPECIAL ORDERED the most optimal hardware for charging the pen. I practically gave it it's own Malibu Stacie beach house. It was a dream setup. I really loved this pen and I wanted it to love me back. The full enclosure design, putting zero pressure on the often stressed part where the cart screws in, and the "pull only" feature, ensuring zero accidental button presses, it's all genius. I loved this pen. I really wanted it to be my new normal. Oh well, I figure, it happens, I'll just go get an exchange again. This last time was just a few months ago. The "manager" (read: stuck up, stoned moron) made me feel like an as*hole, offered no refund or replacement, didn't take my info, but assured me that "he would contact me as soon as they got more in." I looked around and didn't see any on the shelf. So apparently they dumped this product, as I, clearly, was not the only one who had issues with it. This fact seemed especially ironic as pretty much every time I walk into Cookies I have to hear a five minute speech about how they're stuff is "just so much better and more tested than everyone else's', blah blah blah..." Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that puts the effort into their PRODUCT, not their asinine marketing.

You are a shop selling alternative medicine, people with all sorts of handicaps and ailments come to your store, that's not how you treat someone with a reasonable easy request. This is also the one and only shop I have had this issue with. Really hope the manager reads these reviews and will fix that. Most of the time I can barely hear them calling the next person up from the lobby.

I started taking my whole…read morefamily to this chiropractor office in 2019 and they have been absolutely wonderful to work with. This type of service is hard to find. Their adjustments are not aggressive and almost always provide relief quickly, so we feel comfortable taking our kids here as well. I also like that they empower their patients with spinal education. I have a chronic spinal condition that requires frequent visits and I consider them an important part of my medical team that I am very grateful for. Their hours and having multiple doctors make it pretty easy to get in when needed. The office staff and doctors have all been wonderful. Lately we have been seeing Dr. Hubbard the most, and he is fantastic with our kids as well. I have also been seeing Dr. Logan Rossmiller for physical therapy since last fall and he is by far the best PT I have ever had and I have been in and out of PT my whole life. Yesterday, my 12 year old son saw Dr. Cayden Napierala for physical therapy due to a sports related injury and he was wonderful with him and eased his fears. This facility is unique and patient centered. Thank you ALL for all you do to serve us patients with quality care!

Being in that constricted state had a ripple effect, causing anxiety and social isolation because I could not hold my attention long enough to enjoy conversation as I had to keep my body moving to distract from pain. I could no longer sit down long enough to enjoy watching tv because I only felt some relief when I was laying flat on my back on a hard surface or when standing. It was a terrible way to live.
