Regular service and counter people are fine. Management is dumb.
So I went here despite my misgivings, I think it's disgusting when dispensaries try to market towards children with things like cookies and dogs, it really is unconscionable. But, I heard their stuff was rigorously tested and of the highest quality.
So a while back I bought some carts and their top-of-the-line AVD Alpha fully encased pen battery. I LOVED it. It worked great...until it didn't. I went back to get an exchange, no problems.
A number of weeks later the replacement pen dies, too. Damn it! Was I doing something wrong? I went through ALL of the company's materials and SPECIAL ORDERED the most optimal hardware for charging the pen. I practically gave it it's own Malibu Stacie beach house. It was a dream setup. I really loved this pen and I wanted it to love me back. The full enclosure design, putting zero pressure on the often stressed part where the cart screws in, and the "pull only" feature, ensuring zero accidental button presses, it's all genius. I loved this pen. I really wanted it to be my new normal.
Oh well, I figure, it happens, I'll just go get an exchange again. This last time was just a few months ago. The "manager" (read: stuck up, stoned moron) made me feel like an as*hole, offered no refund or replacement, didn't take my info, but assured me that "he would contact me as soon as they got more in." I looked around and didn't see any on the shelf. So apparently they dumped this product, as I, clearly, was not the only one who had issues with it. This fact seemed especially ironic as pretty much every time I walk into Cookies I have to hear a five minute speech about how they're stuff is "just so much better and more tested than everyone else's', blah blah blah..."
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that puts the effort into their PRODUCT, not their asinine marketing. read more
