I had a service call through Miele to have a technician come to look at our Washing Machine on December 6th between noon and 6pm. while I understand that people do come down with a cold and get sick, no attempt was made to let me know the technician was not coming. I was told after from Miele that Man with a wrench attempted to get in touch with me but I have recieved zero phone calls or messages on the day the technician was supposed to come or the day previously. now I have rebooked for the upcoming Monday but there was no offer for a discount on the diagnosis or any reason to feel reassured that this won't happen again. I may change my review if I have a positive experience on Monday but as of right now this entire experience has been very disappointing.

Conversations with Samsung went nowhere since I didn't have any forms or formal diagnosis to prove broken piece was covered by warrantee. Called a different company who came and fixed the pump which was the problem all along, as suspected. The motor was working fine.

Vacworks is a company that obviously demonstrates, value for customers, responsive service, no pressure sales, highly competent staff, wide product line, excellent parts and repair services.

They placed floor mats/sheets to prevent dirtying the floor. They suggested the best filter to purchase for our unit, taking into the consideration the size of the home and if kids or pets were present. They tested the unit after installation. And they did their best to clean up after the job was done. And later on, the owner came to inspect to ensure that everything was done properly. A1 business. They return your emails and phone calls in a very timely manner. They not only service our immediate town - but anywhere else in the surrounding GTA.

I called Raffi @ Accurate Appliance after a family member recommended him for oven repairs. Both of…read morethe ovens in our house (go figure) weren't heating up/staying hot. Called Raffi on Friday, and he came over on Tuesday. All we had to do was tell him the model of each oven over the phone while making the appointment. Turns out it was the igniters on both ovens, which is quite common apparently. Raffi had them fixed in about an hour. Total cost $378.00 including HST. He also had a knob for one of the stove elements that we lost years ago, which he threw in for free. All in all, a quick, efficient job and I would certainly recommend this company if your appliance is in need of some TLC. Oh I'll also mention that although this company is listed in Pickering, we are located in downtown Toronto and it didn't seem to be an issue.

Around 9 she called again and said Ron could come out in the early afternoon on Tuesday. He showed up right on time, said he presumed it was a problem with the drain, disassembled the back to confirm his diagnosis, showed me what he'd found and told me what the cost would be.
