I am usually a light sleeper and it did not bother me at all. But after long days of touring the region, we fell asleep very easily. There is no breakfast available, but there are many options close by. The room is very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Soap, shampoo, and towels provided. The owner is very nice and he speaks English very well. I would stay there again if I ever come back to Oristano.
