He did a very good job of diagnosing the problem, disassembling the broken parts. Since it was late on a Friday afternoon, was unable to get the parts that night. Told me he would get them as soon as the part store open next morning. He did and got to me very quickly. He inspected the rest of my vehicle after fixing the original problem. Discovered another problem and fix it also. He did a very thorough job, on a very hot day, when most would have wanted to get out of the heat. Would highly recommend this company for anyone needing repairs in this area.

She found us a hotel room for the evening, worked with the rental company to find a solution and even checked on us even after the solution had been reached. Breaking down while driving across country from California to Maryland was a nightmare! But I am so glad I broke down where I did and was sent McGuire's Towing by my rental company. It was by far the smartest thing my rental company did during the entire break down! I can't say enough wonderful things about McGuire's towing!! They wanted a credit card number and authorization for $120 before even doing anything. I called them and they answered on the first ring. They were super helpful and showed up promptly. We had a trailer behind the truck and they towed that as well. Very professional, prompt, courteous and thoughtful. Offered to help us with lodging and transportation, which we didn't need, but was great to have them at least ask. I had assumed that the reason. ford roadside wasn't able to find anyone had something to do with the cost they pay their service providers. Turns out that we were only charged just over $100 which I felt was excellent value for what was provided. Very nice people. Especially when I think most people aren't used to this kind of thing and it's all scary and uncomfortable not knowing what to do.

A little later he told her he couldn't find a leak but he rotated them. She left & her car notified her that a tire had low pressure. She went to another tire shop, they found a small nail but that tire was still on the same side & location before stopping at Gate City. He did NOT even rotate those tires. He lied to that precious 86 yr. old lady. What a pathetic, low life!! My brother, a regular customer, spoke to the owner twice about what his mechanic did not do, yet lied to her. He could at least offer to pay my mom back what she had to pay another tire shop to rotate her tires & fix the small leak But he didn't. "fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me".
