They seem to have the right to also touch your stuff. The literally took all my personal belongings and moved them from one appartment to an other without letting me know anything or even without asking. If you're looking for a room, just check some facebookgroups or other sites. It's not worth it to be treated as a number. Ze hebben mooie kamers en een deftige site. Maar daar blijft het dan ook bij. PHOTOS ARE THE ONLY THINGS THAT THEY CAN DO WELL!! They also rely on a maintenance service that is incompetent and unreliable. Having back the deposit is a struggle...They take about two months (yes, 2 months, you read it right) and in my case they also made a number of errors in the calculation of the bills, oddly pushing up my final bill. I CAN ONLY GIVE YOU ADVICE: LOOKING FOR AN HOME ALONE IN VALENCIA IS VERY EASY.
