The team from Yes Valencia was incredibly helpful in helping us find our dream house just outside of Valencia. While still living outside of Spain, we had our initial chat with Žanete over Zoom. She built a profile based on a combination of what we said were looking for as well as a lot of pointed questions that we had not even thought of. We moved to Valencia with a plan... that we eventually threw out and readapted multiple times and the Yes Valencia team supported us the whole way. Since finding the right house took longer (and waaay more house viewings) than we initially anticipated, they stepped up and helped us find a rental, negotiate the rental conditions, they helped with paperwork and answered close to a million questions not just about real estate but relocation to Valencia in general. When we finally found the house, they helped us secure the mortgage and find a lawyer to ensure that all the house documents were in order. Linda, Zanda and Janis are the best! They helped us to move to Valencia with ease. Linda was invaluable in our house search and made the process of buying seamless. She has a network of professionals at the ready to help with all the necessary paperwork and legalities. Without her accompanying us on our apartment viewings we wouldn't have been so fortunate as to find our dream home for our family so quickly.
