Ok, so I have an old truck that I dearly love, but it developed a rust hole above the windshield…read morethat resulted in a leak onto the electrical systems. Went through eight body shops and the most common response was "it can't be done". One quoted $7,000.00 (including paint job), but when he found out is was truly a hole, he wouldn't return my calls to set up the work. Exasperated, I did a search for welders and found Jason. He laughed when I explained the problem. Said he hears it all the time and cannot imagine why, as it's not at all difficult - at least not for Jason. Sure enough, he came to me and got right to work. The man is an artist in metal. Knocked it all out in three hours, just as he had estimated over the phone. He even gave me a spray can of very professional cold galvanizing primer ACE Hardware doesn't carry at no additional charge just to make certain the repair lasts. One man shop, run by a good man who knows what he is doing and offers very fair pricing - a real gem in today's world. I can recommend Rougarou Metal Works without reservation and as 30-year business owner myself, I know what constitutes a pro. Jason is a pro and a really good guy. See the pics of just one area he repaired.

We contacted Bay Harbor on the recommendation from a friend of the family and we are so grateful we did. The owner, Darrel, is one of the most pleasant and honest people I have met. The tech who came out was very experienced and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was going on. He fixed the problem and we were back up and running in no time. We expect that our unit will eventually have to be replaced and when it does, it is good to know that Darrel and Bay Harbor are there to give us the best service at an honest price. I typically would not take the time to write a review, but somehow it just did not seem right to not do it in this case. In my experience, Bay Harbor represents everything that is right with the service industry. I have made enough service calls in my life to know the difference. David
