Absolutely terrible company!!! I had them do a kitchen remodel, they subcontracted all the work other than the cabinets and flooring installation, and did a terrible job on both things. Ruined my flooring then blamed it on the product. The owner has two guys that work for him that are more inept than he is. Lazy work and would never recommend. They replaced 3/4 hard wood flooring with 5mm vinyl plank and did no prep work for the thickness differential, now there is almost a 1/2" gap from my door casings to the floor they installed. Looks like garbage and sickening that they can stand behind their work. read more

Left the basement a mess and holes left in floor and walls. Did not follow up and has not returned calls. Contractors stole items from inside house and packages from the mail (porch). Charged way to much money and kept finding excuses to keep increasing the price. Seemed so convincing, trustworthy and concerned but dropped the ball when all is said and done. More to say but this is the gist... removed the load bearing wall in the basement and now the whole upstairs is sinking in and very shaky and unstable.

It looks beautiful and I love that it is water resistant. This year I plan to get my kitchen floor done. I always find great deals there so it saves me money,. And the installation is reasonable when I compare it to what my handyman would charge me to install. The installers work fast and efficiently. I have had no complaints. I've only used them and Empire. Empire was terrible, overpriced and did not even clean up after themselves.

Warning to anyone that has dealings with Andrea Zeller or any of her businesses... Zeller NWI Baths…read moreor Zeller siding. We purchased siding in 2019 that had a LIFETIME WARRANTY ON PARTS AND LABOR. In 2020 we noticed the siding was buckling. For the last 3 years, she has been reassuring us telling us she would take care of the issues and honor her warranty. This year, 2023, she finally sent out one of her siding guys to check out the problems with our siding. He told me that the guys that installed it used antiquated methods to install it and it all needed to be replaced. He said he told Andrea the same thing. When I called in again Andrea accused me of pulling down and reinstalling it improperly. I told her our siding had a LIFETIME warranty on parts and labor... I had no reason to mess with the siding at all and she called me a liar. Andrea hires subcontractors and then refuses to stand behind their work! It's bad business and unfair to her customers.

NONE of them treated me as respectfully and kindly as this group of young men. Their work was exemplary. They really care about what they do. Their craftsmanship is just phenomenal. They have redone my small bathroom so well that a couple of my very critical friends have called my bathroom "a spa". They have also replaced my windows. These windows are just absolutely beautiful. I was trying to ask basic questions, and instead of giving me any real information, he kept cutting me off and snapping "NO" at me. When I asked why he was talking to me like that, he suddenly tried to tone it down, but still repeated the same line: " We only do bathrooms and kitchens." If that's all they offer, fine - but there was absolutely no reason for the attitude. He could have simply explained their limited scope instead of acting annoyed that I even called. Based on that interaction alone, I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.
