End result was very good - excellent color match, fit and finish very nice. Only downside was it took several days to get it done. If you're looking for quality work at a very reasonable price, check Treadwell out. Just be aware that it will probably take quite a bit longer than what the owner quotes time-wise.

I brought my 2016 Nissan Titan XD into them and they accepted the challenge. They got my truck running again like new and charged me no more than what my original quote was, which is pretty amazing! It's not easy finding a shop to work on a Nissan Titan with a 5.0 Cummins diesel engine since they discontinued that truck in 2019. Finding people to work on the engine and just finding parts for the vehicle has become quite hard. But they didn't even flinch and took care of the job. I can't recommend them enough.

Jackson took a $64.50 deposit and informed me that parts would be extra. That sounded reasonable. When I picked them up the bill was for $259.00. What a shock! It included $210.00 for labor which I was never told about. I had to ask about the deposit and was told that Jackson never writes it on the invoice, you claim to be the owner shouldn't you know what your deposit policy is?( Scam Alert). That's not even the best part, the equipment they repaired doesn't work. It constantly stalls out . My question is what did you fix? Do you know what you're doing? I think not! I've called and left a message without a call back. Now my next step is challenging the charge with my bank because I didn't receive the service I was charged for. My advice is find a repair shop that can correctly do the work.

The first company did a great job with the staining, but what they used to seal the table never dried, and was rubbing off. I called Island Wood Werx and explained the problem and they said they could fix it. They took the table to remove the clear top coat and redo it with another clear top coat that would seal. They said it would only take a week, but it ended up taking several weeks and I got concerned. They finally returned the table but instead of the clear top coat, they used a gel stain paint. You can not see the wood anymore and the product scratches and looks terrible. I am so disappointed. I also wonder why the individual had me make the payment out to Treva Brotherton and not Island Wood Werx, but I just wanted them out of my house and I paid them. I paid $1600 and they ruined my table. VERY UNHAPPY!
