I told him she hadn't finished filling my nails. He didn't go in to file them, he just started painting them, I'm not sure if he didn't understand what I had said or if he was just trying to get me out of the salon so he could help another customer, they had seemed to overbook themselves?I didn't want to tell him because there were about four people waiting for services behind me, but I hope that in the future the staff recognizes that over booking themselves hinders the quality of their work.

At the end, I asked for the caked polish under my nails to be cleaned, and I was told to "wash it off at home." These are standard steps in a manicure/pedicure, and I shouldn't be made to feel like I'm asking for something unreasonable. Unfortunately, I did not receive the quality or professionalism I expected.

Highly recommend this place if you feel your other salon isn't giving you that good experience. I have previously gone to 4 other salons and I have NEVER been treated as kindly as I have here. I love my color choice and the polish is top quality. I mean, for this girl who does outdoorsy hiking, typing, cooking and all sorts of busy handy work with her fancy schmancy digits I'm rather impressed with how this manicure has lasted beyond the usual chipping. But here's the thing. Service was slow. There was only one lady working (another worker arrived an hour later). But as you can imagine, this is not adequate to get the bride plus 4 gals out on time. That's a star knockoff due to poor planning. I mean, that is what appointments are for, right? Ugh. Seems to me that the salon didn't plan ahead for us. They just treated us like walk-ins. Tsk tsk. Way to stress out the bridal party on the big day. It's a bummer to find a quality salon when you simply cannot rely on them.
