We talked the entire time I was there making it a very comfortable environment. The other customers were pretty chatty as well. I am beyond impressed with the quality and experience this nail bar has provided my last few times coming here. Highly recommend this place if you feel your other salon isn't giving you that good experience. I have previously gone to 4 other salons and I have NEVER been treated as kindly as I have here. At the end, I asked for the caked polish under my nails to be cleaned, and I was told to "wash it off at home." These are standard steps in a manicure/pedicure, and I shouldn't be made to feel like I'm asking for something unreasonable. Unfortunately, I did not receive the quality or professionalism I expected.
