I have been going to Moon for at least 8 years. They have great customer service. Moon always does a great job on my nails and pedicures.

Recently, I went to Marvelous Nails to get a pedicure. When I walked into the salon, the air was not moving, and it smelled strongly of chemicals. Since I have a sensitivity to smells, I asked them to turn the air conditioner on or open the door. She went to the front door and said it's too cold to open. Then she told me that they were not going to turn on the air conditioner. They turned the air conditioner on in the summertime. Ot mow. If I wanted the air conditioner on, I could go someplace elser! I will not be going back to Marvelous Nails as I'm going someplace else. read more

Just had the worst pedi of my life. Very sad she rushed and completed so soon the person next to (started same time) was just finishing up when I was done drying, zero foot scrubbing or massage. So disappointed when y ou look forward to spa day and them are so disappointed. Forgot about the cash discount so she even got a tip. Still feeling taken. Didn't do what i asked for, cut my finger and put i dip in my nail with the drill also all my nails are all different lengths

I've had acrylic nails put on more times than I'd like to admit. This was my first time going here. He had me done in 25 minutes from start to finish. That's way too fast to do a professional job in my opinion. I told him square with rounded edges. I got really round nails. He did a poor job. Did it too quickly and was rough. Getting your nails done should be relaxing. This was not. Not talkative at all. I'm embarrassed how my nails look after paying that price. Will NEVER go back there and will tell my Detroit Lakes friends to stay away from there. read more

on vacation - thought I'd freshen up my nails... desperately wish I'd chosen a different salon. my big toes are now dramatically uneven and they said it's b/c my nail broke on one toe and it's not possible to shorten the other toenail to match. it looks AWFUL and now I have to wait to grow out the super short one. not cool! read more

Great pedicure. Lots of mail color selection. Friendly staff. Got in and out in timeframe I expected.

I had my nails done recently and I was not impressed with the results. I showed a picture of what I wanted done and it looked nothing like the picture when she was finished. They were not busy either. I told the lady who did my nails that I didn't like them. She only said sorry, and I was charged full price. Go to Nail Bar at least if you don't like your nails, they give you a refund or redo your nails. My nails on the back of them still had glue and she didn't file off the extra gunk that was stuck from the acrylic. read more

Visited a few times now for pedicures. A great experience each time. Brought my young son and daughter in on one occasion, and both were treated warmly and enjoyed their kid-pedis. Polish lasts forever. They take care to do a nice job and ask if the customer is happy. We'll be back! read more

Nice place. Clean. Nice staff. Quick and easy in and out with no appointment needed. Wish they would give more of a massage cause I'm on my feet daily but most places don't. The guy did a wonderful job on my toes! Prices were really cheap! Typical nail salon with ladies talking in another language probably talking about me but I tipped well so they probably ended up feeling bad afterwards. My friends and I went to get pedicures and acrylic nails. The service was great, everyone was super nice. The pedicure was amazing! So relaxing and I loved the massage chair. My only complaint is that we asked for a regular pedicure and they gave us a gel pedicure. It was an extra $10 which isn't a huge deal, it was just unexpected. Make sure to clarify though before hand if that's a concern of yours. Also the prices have gone up a little bit since the last picture of the price set. My friends got acrylic nails and they did a super good job, they turned out great. read more

One star for average pedicure! Manicure... my 4 year old granddaughter could of done better. I know they like to move you through but barely had hands in water maybe 20 seconds, did half of finger cuticle, can't even say she filed them! Never again read more

Words cannot express how impressed I was with this nail salon. They were kind and commutative the whole time. The man who seemed to be in charge (I'm assuming the owner) did his best to remember every customers name from the moment you walked in the door. He had a wonderful personality and was thoughtful and humorous. The gal who did both my pedicure and my dip manicure was very sweet and did a wonderful job. Best leg and foot massage ever! I get dip every time I get a manicure and it has never come out as good as this. Great full coverage of the nail and beautiful even smooth surface. Appointments in the summer time are a must, they get incredibly busy but are absolutely worth it! read more

We had an appointment at 5:30, still were waiting by 6:00. Asked when we would get in because we had called and made the appointment since we lived 25 minutes away. All he said was "sorry, we were really busy". They continously do this to customers that make appointments. They take walk-ins throughout the entire day and then get extremely behind for the actual customers who make appointments. This has happened repeatedly. I will not be going back and will be telling others the same. You will most definitely be waiting at least 30 minutes after your appointment. read more
