She was extremely personable and was sure to make me comfortable. We walked past a waiting room downstairs with cold water and hot tea, while she showed me to a very clean, large locker rooms with a steam room. I came ahead of time to change into slippers and gown, plus use those facilities. The spa rooms are upstairs where there is a balcony with gorgeous mountain desert views. My massage was serene with deep pressure as requested. I left totally rejuvenated and was extremely thankful to Mayra. I will be back without a doubt! Keep in mind that they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays as their 'weekend.'
