Before he even started, the woman who determined the price was abrasive and rude. I had already applied my Gel-X nails at home and completed all the prep work myself. Based on their advertised prices, the service I needed should have cost only $20. However, she quoted me over $40, more than double what I expected based on the posted price. I understand that different services come with different prices, but I don't understand why I was charged so much more than their advertised rates, especially considering I had already done most of the work myself. It's incredibly disappointing because the nail technician genuinely did a wonderful job. Unfortunately, the interaction with the woman and the pricing left a bad impression. I would recommend asking for a detailed breakdown of the charges before agreeing to any service here. they seem to take advantage of their customers.

I happened to sit next to the owner of Gaia Salonspa on a flight, and she convinced me to see Hannah and told me the wax is intended for people with sensitive skin. I have been a regular client of Hannah's for three years for waxing, and tried a facial with her as well. She is very professional, makes me feel comfortable, and has a lot of experience and training. When I found out a few weeks ago that she decided to start her own studio, I was excited for her (and also because it is down the street from my house). Today I visited Hannah for my first appointment at Luminous Esthetic Studio, and it was a great experience. She has a private studio within the Allure Salon, which is quaint and decorated very well. After the appointment, I paid with a chip card reader connected to her phone, and set up future appointments which immediately were texted to me as confirmations. I hope her appointments don't fill up because I sing her praises, but she is awesome and I am so glad I found a great aesthetician who is literally down the street!

When one was cutting a woman's hair, the woman said "doesn't box dye damage hair." My hair stylist then pointed to my hair and said yes yes it does. Worst service I've ever had.
