I currently have gel extensions and wanted them to be removed and then subsequently have my nails cleaned up and polished. I have gel extensions on my nails so wanted them removed and a basic gel manicure. The first sign should have been when they used drillbits and files that look like they had been worn down for months. When it came to polishing, I initially asked her if I needed to wash my hands and she said no don't worry about it. She was literally going to paint my nails with all of the dust still on them, but I was adamant to wash my hands first. Once she started painting, there was a point where she was going to add clear, but the polish wasn't dry so rather than just put my hand back under the lamp, they insisted on arguing with me about the polish being dry, so of course, I insisted on putting my hands back under the lamp. They then put cuticle oil on my nails, which smelled incredibly old and stale and once we got to that point, I just said this is enough and proceeded to pay and leave I paid $45 which is not a bad price for what I asked for however the sanitation, service the seemingly lack of knowledge was absolutely crazy. I am trying to find away to report them for the use of these nail files and drills.

She is very professional, makes me feel comfortable, and has a lot of experience and training. When I found out a few weeks ago that she decided to start her own studio, I was excited for her (and also because it is down the street from my house). Today I visited Hannah for my first appointment at Luminous Esthetic Studio, and it was a great experience. She has a private studio within the Allure Salon, which is quaint and decorated very well. After the appointment, I paid with a chip card reader connected to her phone, and set up future appointments which immediately were texted to me as confirmations.
