The starters were brought out and 2/3 were the wrong item. This was not a problem and we asked them to be corrected. The main courses came out and they were ALL incorrect, again. The waiter then rudely addressed a member of our party saying the item they ordered wasn't available after trying to give them the wrong item, this was 40 minutes after we had ordered the item. After a few excuses from the waiter the manager was sent over. The manager in the suit was extremely rude and raised his voice with the member of the party who was given the wrong food twice without apology. There were inconsistent and inadequate excuses given by different members of staff. Our waiter stopped serving our table for the rest of the evening we were not addressed by our waiter or the manager. We were served by a lovely young woman did a good job and was left to clean up the mess, thank you to her for the good service The sommelier in the suit was lovely and gave great wine recommendations, he should be promoted. Overall this experience missed the mark. There was no apology and no effort to make the situation right. 0 stars.

Lovely little spa in the heart of Cassis. They provide a full range of spa treatments (facials,…read moremassages, waxing, nails). I wish I could have enjoyed more of them. I was lucky to get a chance to get a pedicure there (beauté des pieds). The person doing the treatment was so meticulous, wonderful " gommage " (exfoliation), and Ingot semi-permanent gels done. The rooms are very clean, comfy and would be a great location for a massage or facial. The products they use are from Cinq Monde brand and are all-natural and organic. Really recommend this little spa if you have a yearning for a little special treatment while on holiday in Cassis.

I booked a hammam/gommage here to give my skin the TLC it needed after an action-packed, jet-setting summer. The relaxation journey began as soon as I stepped through the doors. The woman who welcomed me was incredibly peppy, sweet and took the time to explain how the afternoon would unwind (change into fluffy bathroom, steam, soak, scrub, sip some tea and snooze for as long as I wanted in the reclining chairs in the Riad-like lounge). Sounded like heaven to me. And it was! The hammam itself was not as big as I imagined it would be. It was only two rooms, with the gommage tables stationed within the bigger of the two rooms. Regardless, the space was fine for the crowd, and it was well-maintained, so no problems there, but I assumed that it would be a true palace with many different steam rooms. The real highlight of my three hour sensory journey was the fabulous gommage given by a powerful but tender woman who sang songs from her African homeland while scrubbing me down. Definitely a great place to unwind and cleanse!

The goods: friendly staff who walked me through their services with my non-existent French and their limited English. They provide a robe, slippers, and shampoo with shower gel. A nice touch was mint tea with lemon infused water in the resting area. The ambiance was great. Some improvements I recommend: the hammam room was too dark (lit only by candle lights). While after a while your eyes get used to it, it was a bit uncomfortable at first. The rest area right next to the entrance, thus it was a bit loud when people talked at the reception area or opened the door. And one last thing, there was quite a few very dusty corners in the change room which really caught my eye, easy improvement, which would make the experience better.
