I found Deb at InBalance about a year and a half ago when my prior therapist moved away. I see her on average twice a month. Deb and she is amazing! She did a thorough intake assessment and now requests updates about my condition from my physical therapist. Her deep tissue work and passive stretching help me a great deal. The direct benefits of the massage last for at least 2 to 3 days, and provide much more relief than simple relaxation during the massage itself. She is professional and caring and very talented. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented, massage therapist. Especially those looking for some thing a little "more" than a Swedish massage. (I'm sure she does a wonderful job at those, but I need some thing more than that. :-)

Also, if you genuinely did care about customers like you say in your response you could easily give me a phone call to discuss instead you post a response with false information. You only care about making yourself look like a good business owner. My appointment with Lily should have never been scheduled if she was going to be out of the country. I never, ever refused to pay for my service. I paid the FULL AMOUNT OF $88.00. I said that I was "disappointed I was being charged full price for a service that was so bad and wasn't even complete" I spoke directly to you and made that very clear and when you just shrugged your shoulders and said "sorry" I said that's really disappointing and that you just lost a loyal customer....you shrugged your shoulders again and walked away. That doesn't show any type of sympathy that shows greediness. A dazzle dry mani pedi never takes over 2 hours, I've had many of them at Q Spa. The tech struggled through every step of the pedicure and manicure. You offered for someone else to finish my service and I said I need to be somewhere in 10 minutes (this was after being there much longer than the service typically takes) and you didn't respect or care for my time you insisted someone else paint my nails. I felt very pressured to stay. I will not be returning as a customer so the partial refund on a future visit does not satisfy or fix my previous experience. Once again, you want me to come in and spend more money to make the problem better, that will not be happening.

Every time I get my hair colored & cut...I get loads of compliments from my friends. Alex S. was able to pull together staff willing to work the Sunday of Columbus Day weekend to do hair & makeup for my girls & I for my wedding. That kind of customer service goes a LONG way these days when everyone is pinching pennies. I just tried them for a facial too....WOW!! Sooooo much more than a facial. Laurie M. is amazing. I am already recommending a facial with her to EVERYONE I know in Plymouth. I was so pleasantly surprised when the facial included wrapping my feet in warm towels & a scrub on my upper back. I will be back for another facial & I am planning to bring friends! Prices tend to be similar to the other salons/spas in the Plymouth area...but much cleaner then other salons/spas.
