This spa has great ambiance and very attentive service. My sister and I had three services, lunch, and the Oasis. The spa bliss signature facial was amazing, personalized and I was glowing when completed. I also had the spa bliss signature foot treatment which was also amazing. Hailey Fox gave both treatments and I would highly recommend her. The Oasis is very nice. They have set up a lot of options for you to enjoy the space how you want. While they provide a rejuvenate and relax sequence, you are free to roam and try everything. Lastly, I have the aromatherapy massage with Hannah. Hannah was very attentive as it took a few mins to adjust the table for maximum comfort. The service was good, very relaxing and comforting, which was exactly what I expected. The lunch was a charcuterie tray, light and filling. A very good selection of cheese, meat and fruit. Perfect light lunch. Let's talk price... the services are competitive with comparable spas. The lunch at $32 and seems a little high when I can get a charcuterie tray at one of the local wine bars for under $20. I would skip next time. The Oasis was $55, which if I were coming in just for this, would be reasonable. For the whole package we were hoping for a price break and a lower cost for the Oasis would have been nice. There was no price break for the package of services we purchased. I would come back, it is a very nice place and very nice people! read more

This whole experience was a clusterfrick from the start. There were no instructions on what to bring ie a bathing suit if it was nude whatever. Booked two Spa oasis treatments one for me and my wife and a massage for my wife. The men's restroom has no sink to wash your hands after using the toilet. In fact the whole place is in a state of disrepair. No plates on the light switches rooms with work equipment and materials in them. If this place was established in 2005 it has had the longest construction ever. So the first thing you do in the spa oasis is take a shower. The showers are dual shower heads in one cubby with no curtains. So I wrongly assumed that the showers would be separate and enclosed so you could rinse off and then at least wear a towel through the rest of the spa bliss experience ie the saunas. Wrong! My wife was uncomfortable as she didn't bring a bathing suit to wear in the shower. I didn't use the showers either even though I was wearing underwear other women were walking by and I was uncomfortable coed showering. The lady that showed us around when we entered explained the lockers showed us where the saunas were and then pretty much left us to it. There is a board that tells you what to do and in what order but there are no timers in the rooms or anything to let you know how long you have been in each sauna. When you are done you are supposed to go to the garden room which is the place to relax. It is lame. Two other people were in there chatting it up. The salt room was no where to be seen and the cold plunges it says it has are not in yet according to someone that works there. I had to ask where they were at and she said they weren't in yet. What a $@&*+ show. Then when the masseuse came in a man was her masseuse. I specifically asked for a woman for my wife. I could see the uncomfortableness on my wife's face like "wtf" but at this point what can you do. I went to the lady behind the reception counter to complain about this major mistake and she said she asked when I booked if I wanted a man or a woman and she said I said it didn't matter. Straight out lie. Why in the hell would I say it didn't matter if I knew having a male masseuse would make my wife uncomfortable. The lady behind the desk gave me the spa oasis treatment for free but this place is 0/10. Don't waste your money here. read more

Hailey does a great job! She really listens to what you are wanting and asks questions to make sure she is getting it right! I've now had my eyebrows waxed and tinted, my eyelashes tinted and had the basic 1 hour facial and all services have been done beautifully. She gives good suggestions and honest options on which services will benefit you vs. being a disservice based on your personal needs. The entire spa is relaxing and inviting! Great service! I came in for a shellac mani, and was surprised how friendly everyone was. They ask you if you would like a beverage before you get started. I opted for hot tea. Jade was my manicurist and she is super friendly and detail oriented. I would visit her again anytime. The prices are a bit higher than most, they are up there with other spas in the area. My only complaint is the lack of color selection for shellac polish. There is hundreds of regular polish colors to choose from, but maybe 30ish in the shellac polish and most are similar colors. read more

The communication and upfront organization was fantastic, followed by the day of relaxation and meal prepped of charcuterie & champagne. From the start this was a wonderful experience! I was able to get all the details ironed out through text the week before. I got the Beyond Bliss package for my mother-in-law and I and we spent the whole day with amazing and knowledgeable providers in a beautiful atmosphere. Very well pampered! I have a personal issue that requires the bathroom often and even though its not ideal to interrupt the service, everyone was very understanding, compassionate and helpful which absolutely added to my comfort. NEVER use this spa. Their customer service is absolutely clueless. My daughter found out 2 days before going there with friends for part of a bachelorette part that her doctor said she can't have the services done because of a medication that she is taking. We called and explained politely (the first time) what was happening and were told, "sorry, no refunds, it's past the 5 days mark of when you're coming in. It's our policy". Again we explained about the medical issue and that we just found out. This time the lady told us my daughter could give her services away to someone else. Huh?! Why would she give away $150 worth of services? Also, if the salon makes the policy then the salon can absolutely make an exception when there is a medical reason and there are still 2 days left before the appointments. Didn't get anywhere with this receptionist. I called back a few minutes later and I wasn't so nice this time. The girl was so confused and was a bit clueless. I asked to speak to the manager and she said no, the manager doesn't handle things like this. Ok, weird, but whatever. Again explained it all. My daughter just wants a refund, even a gift card would be ok. She's not going to just give away services she paid for. This receptionist pretended she couldn't hear, said the phone was breaking up and said she would call right back. Never called back so I tried calling again AND SHE HAD BLOCKED MY NUMBER! Really?Great customer service skills right there. I will be telling all of my friends to never go to your spa. So disappointed in how this was handled. So immature and unprofessional. read more

It was my wedding weekend and my bridesmaids and I wanted to find a couple hours together where we could chat, relax and catchup. Coordinating from afar with the spa went very smoothly and they were able to accommodate a group of four girls for deluxe pedicures. The spa itself is very serene and clean. Lets talk about the pedicure setup - the chairs! Wow, we all melted in them while being treated by our technicians. The attention to detail was amazing from the hot towels, to the scrub, to the mask they put on your feet to blankets etc..The deluxe pedicure is a big more $$ but worth every single penny. It was my first time at Spa Bliss today, I had a deep tissue massage appointment with Todd for 90 minutes. Oh, I am so grateful that I made that appointment. This was election week, in what has been a long, stressful month, in a long and stressful year. I have been a little reluctant to get a massage during the second wave of COVID-19 cases. But, I decided I really needed to do something to support my wellness and thought if I saw anything that gave me pause, any carelessness in sterilization, or safety protocols when I came to the Spa today, I would just leave. I am so grateful to have no such reservations, as I had such a lovely experience at Spa Bliss and an absolutely nourishing massage. I did not realize how much tension I was carrying around until I left today. I think I grew an inch. I loathe most spas - fake friendly, they leave you sitting somewhere weird while you wait - not this place! So genuinely friendly, they carefully show you everything you need to get ready, plus a nice area to sit and wait, bring you a drink. About the service: it was the closest thing to heaven that I've experienced. A facial which included foot massage, arm massage, neck and shoulder massage - simply wonderful. I had high expectations for this place considering they were a spa. I arrived for my appointment and my person was 20 mins late. I waited there and not once was i offered something to drink even though everyone else that came in was offered a drink right away. Online it says the manicure lasts for 60 mins and the pedicure lasts for 75 mins. I was there for 1 hr and 45 mins and at least 15 mins of that was waiting for my nails to dry. It was over priced and i didnt even get the customer service i expected to recieve from a spa. I definitely will not be back. read more

I just want to say, I love Spa Bliss and regularly have services provided to me there, but the new Latina/Hispanic girl at the desk is completely rude and unprofessional. On multiple occasions she has rolled her eyes while on the phone with customers, sighed when I've asked for help signaling that she has better things to do, told me I've been called for confirmations and I have not. It's disappointing when I come regularly and spend money frequently! The young girl they had before her was so sweet and always willing to help and I'm really sad to say it was a mistake to replace her with this new girl. I feel uncomfortable asking for help from her due to her attitude issue I've noticed. Nothing against the spa, but the other girls are much nicer and I think training is much needed with the front desk lately. I try to come on different days now, as I typically only see her Friday's. But it is definitely a bummer. The owners are so sweet and it's a shame she is dragging the place down. read more

I moved from California about 3 years ago, yet I still went and had my hair done w/my stylist there because I was nervous getting my hair done anywhere else. Finally I decided I needed to find a hair person here. I went into spa bliss for a cut and color. Needless to say my hair was colored, rinsed, blowdryed, flat-ironed, and then finally cut with a razor, in that order. I did not ask for a razor cut. My hair was an uneven, hacked, filled with holes, and a streaked mess. I told them shoulder length (it was down to my bra-strap) and it was cut way above. I told her to stop because she kept trying to fix her mistake as my hair kept getting shorter. I left and called owner the next day. I was set up w/a different person the next day...it was so bad she could not fix the holes, and that was what she stated. She did what she could but it was a nightmare. The owner was very unprofessionaI. I asked for just half my refund, they sent me a gift card instead which I will never use and I told her so. I do not recommend spa bliss. I only wish I could post the photos I took to give people the full effect. read more
