*******Warning from Doctor about this place Very…read moreunprofessional and rude staff . Very poor unprofessional customer service with negligence . They used to be good 10 years ago but they are far beyond all professional and ethical standards. No wonder the recent poor reviews and no wonder their desperation by reducing their prices and sending offers ,to attract customers . One of the receptionists at Earl's court named Bella is rude .she talking to her colleague while I was talking with her ! I contacted Headoffice who promised better customer service and professionalism however ,this person continued to be rude . I called to book massage and enquired to use one of the vouchers they provide to loyal customs but she laughed ! I was very offended from such rude and unprofessional behavior .  My understanding is that you offer the vouchers to your loyal customer when they purchase package to use them and I never used any of the 5 vouchers ,so anyone would expect from a presumable professional salon to deal with  customers in a respectful ,decent and professional manner ,rather than such disgusting and offensive behavior ! I contacted the head office again about this person's rude and unprofessional behavior but no acknowledgement or apology !!! They used to be good 10 years ago but obviously they fell very short of the required professional and ethical standards ! As such ,I was honored to go this place again and applied for a charge back through my bank for a refund of all prepaid massages . Avoid and better go to a professional place . 0/5

It was flawless for the 2 weeks and the guy doing it was quiet but really polite and sweet. I just booked it as it was convenient to work and I needed it done asap so it exceeded expectations. The second time I went was for an eyebrow thread as again- it was close and available near my work. I usually go to a different place as I am particular about my brows. A lady called Nokie did the treatment and it was amazing. Again, I am super fussy and vain about my brows as they are really thick and strong. She is a perfectionist and a really nice person. As she did such a good job I asked her about getting a bikini wax as I had never done one before and she talked me through the whole thing. I booked in for the following week and she was so professional and brilliant. Obviously not the most painless experience but she is so great at talking you through it and minimizing any embarrassment you might feel. Super therapist in my opinion. Possibly a bit more expensive than other salons but standard price for the area. I will always use this salon as they are super good at what they do and very customer focused. I don't mind paying slightly extra- they seem to be very good to their clientele so far so it is worth the extra to have a job well done.

Thai massage is brilliant for relieving the tension that builds up in my shoulders and lower back from sitting all day. An hour at the merciful hands of my preferred therapist, June, makes me feel like a new man ready to take on the world. The results of such a quality massage actually last quite awhile too. I reckon at least a week later, I'm still feeling a little more limber and loose than I might otherwise have. For my money (which if I can slip over there on a weekday morning isn't really all that much!), Thai Therapeutics offers the best Thai massage available in London. Weekday mornings between 9.30 and 11.30 an hour long traditional Thai massage only costs £50 - a perfect deal for a freelancer like me! Ok don't let the old reviews deter you from checking this place out! Initially, we were quite…read moreworried due to low ratings on Yelp but these were super old and we also checked the reviews on Google, which were more recent and better. Since it was super close to where we were staying, we decided to give it a shot and we were so glad we did!!! The first time we came here, we got a 60mins couples massage. It was so great that we came back another day and got 90mins! 90mins was perfect. Both times, my masseuse was Nan, and she was amazing! She really pinpointed all the knots on my shoulders and neck and her pressure was on point. My husband got Justyna and Pammy and they were both great as well. It was quite shocking that he enjoyed both masseuses cause no two masseuses are ever the same. So he believes that they might've gone through the same systematic training to ensure consistency and quality. Overall, our two massages were amazing so I definitely recommend checking it out if you're ever in London!

I was greeted by Ali, who opened the shop a little early for me as I got there early, and as said, had no idea what was going on in the universe as I don't know London at all. One thing I've realized about London is that businesses located above street-level businesses often…read moretend to be nicer than those on street-level or worse, below street-level. As is the case with the Massage Centre. Booking was easy. I popped in one day and was able to get an appointment soon - the next day if I wanted. The space is clean and relaxing unlike other spas in the area (South Beach, Luminis (fka Dove Spa)) where the spa is loud and hectic and, god for bid, the therapy rooms are located below street-level and the constant creaking of floor boards completely ruins any therapy you are paying your hard earned cash for. My therapist was knowledgeable, used appropriate pressure, and provided me with stretching techniques to help reduce the stiffness and tension in my upper back. So, all of this was great. The other great thing about my therapist was that she did not pressure me to book massages every two weeks or even every month. She had a brain on her shoulders and understands how expensive a two-week massage regimen wold be. I mean, wouldn't we all get massages every two weeks if we could afford it? I bet Kim Kardashian gets a massage daily but you know what? I'm not Kim Kardashian. I'm just a normal person with bad posture from banging away on the computer writing Yelp reviews all damn day. Nothing ruins a relaxing experience more than being made to feel bad about not treating your body awesomely by getting massages every two weeks. And I'm happy to report that no one at TMC made me feel bad about not getting a massage every two weeks. So, thanks, TMC!

The woman on the phone asked if I would like to upgrade my free facial (15 mins) to a full one (£40, 1hr 15) and use the voucher as £10 off that price. I declined, as I've never had a facial in my life and thought I should try it out before I commit to a full one. I found the Beauty Basement, not far from Holborn tube, in the basement of The Cutting Room. This is why I've only given it 4 stars, as the size of it (tiny) and the location (underneath a hairdressers, bit confusing) are not ideal. However, Lauretta, who did my facial, was brilliant. It lasted almost double what I was told it would, and never felt like she rushed at all. The facial also involved some massage, which was wonderful, and my skin felt lovely afterwards. I would certainly come back for other treatments here again as the service was excellent, and it's not very far from where I work. For a more extensive description of my visit - please see my blog.
