Rob the owner stopped out and gave us a bid. We had a few other bids but settled on Kayl due to the fact the owner took time out of his day to stop personally and give us a bid. We spoke to Andrea the office lady and she was amazing help get us scheduled up a few days after. Our service man Brandon was very good he took time to make sure everything was perfect. Brandon went through the prosses of setting up and showing us all the functions of the new system and thermostat, after he was done he left the house cleaner than when he started, a few days later stopped on his way to a service call just to make sure everything was good. rob followed up with us a week later. if i could give them more than 5 stars I would. 100 percent recommend kayl heating and air.
