Beginning of the night our first round they were out of one of the fireballs, no worries we got a different shot and moved on. What was not acceptable was when they did come round and we tried to order more drinks or food they told us to go to the bar to order as they had to get back after just coming out. And then when we did they told us they won't make one of the drinks "because it would take too long".
