They sold the deceased a Google Pixel and did not show him how to use it. He did not even know how to turn it on. He fell at home and could not notify anyone. He was found and passed 2 days later. I would give them a negative, but not an option. Traveled to San Antonio and they still would not take the phone back. He never used it. Gave me that "number" to call and no results there at all. After all that no one will take the phone back. They sent me a bill for almost 800 dollars then reported me to a collection agency. This people are criminals. STAY AWAY from these crooks!

I called C/S, after hours and on a Monday holiday, talked to the representative, who was friendly and most apologetic. Don't know why he apologized, unless he sent that lightening bolt! Much to my dismay this morning not one, but two trucks came to my home with repair crews at the ready. In no time, with no problems, I was back online. HCTC YOU ROCK! Wisest choice I made was switching to HCTC. Wish I had been that wise with other choices in my life, but that's another story! You have a loyal customer forever. We pay our Bill's yet never get service promised!…read more We are hardly even home to use it, but when we are and we sit down to watch tv or my kids try to do homework on the internet....it is buffering...unavailable...slow....not enough bandwidth....the list goes on and on! I've called, they have come out, they have tested things...still my service sucks. I'm pulling my hair out over here!
