Great experience. Had 2 experienced roofs replace our metal roof with a new roof. Looks great. Great workmanship. I'm happy.

Not my house but a family member's house windows replaced and siding worked on prior to COVID-19. Subcontractor busted windows out on site rather than taking windows out. Took several months to finish project. Lied about window units fitting in new windows. Replaced two windows with incorrect styles of windows then criticized family member's for bringing it up. Siding worked on just put a skirting around the bottom of steel siding and didn't work on the rest of the siding. I recommend lawsuit but relatives didn't want to bother and the amount of lawsuit Wouk have been just more money. Took years to finally get siding worked on correctly and have proper A/C unit installed to replace window units. read more

Absolutely horrible. Real pieces of work. Did siding and windows on my house in Jan 2021. Dirt pours in around windows. The entire job is not up to building code. Numerous code violations. Never bothered to get the required permit. Have refused to make it right. Currently have a complaint with CID. My advice? If you dont wish to pay a lawyer, stay far far away from SW siding, Steve Cox or Greg Horne. They are dishonest and not reputable. I would give them zero stars if I could. Bottom line. These guys were the most dishonest people. They did an entire job for my Gram in Jal and did a horrible job, siding, roof and painting. Paint was peeling everywhere and they would never come back and fix it. These people should be ashamed of themselves for how they service paying customers, especially the elderly. read more
