The staff is exceptional. One of the greatest. fears with hearing aids is when you need help after you have made your purchase. I am located out-of-state and still when I called.. needing help the staff walked me through the process to fix my hearing aids. I would give them ten stars if I could. read more

Russell and Ardie at the Professional Hearing Aid Center are…read morethe best ever. We had someone in Sioux Falls who failed to meet our expectations so we travel to Iowa for Russ and Ardie to help us. They are extremely helpful and kind and extremely reasonable in their services. They are also very very creative in solving a problem. One time the hearing aide found its way off the table not being sure if the cat thought it was a toy. Sometime later, found it next to the bed crushed. Russ fixed it for no charge which was quite a relief. These are very special people and the very best. I am also a WWII Marine fighter pilot and they treat veterans like gold. Thank you Russ and Ardie!! Claude Hone
