Definitely an inviting exterior and the staff are professional and well-trained. I have been a long-time customer of Chase Bank. I began with Washington Mutual what I moved to Florida in 2001 and when Chase acquired Washington Mutual, I became a Chase customer. I would definitely recommend this Bank. You can basically do what you need via machine even your business account and only have to speak with a teller to Deposit or cash big checks personal or business. This branch when I firs moved to PC , fixed the mishap the chase bank I originally got my business account at and mad it hassle free as it could be. I dont think I had one worry during the whole process. I just had to sit there for 30 mins while she was in back and forth phone calls and faxing papers back and forth with the originally branch.

But, each time, they have had our back and has investigated and resolved each situation in our favor. Also, if there were any errors on our account, resulting in a charge, as soon as I would report it, they immediately reversed the amount giving me our money back. The hours that are available to customers is very appropriate. The bank hours are the same as usual office hours but they also have telephone customer service support available till 7PM each night which they can access anyrhing on your account as if you were sitting with a manager at a branch. And they also have extended Saturday hours as well. They have convenient locations thru out the state of FL & GA. We have an account in each category that VYSTAR Offers, Checking, savings, charge cards, loans, CD's, interest bearing accounts also. They have treated us like family. It makes us feel so special when we walk into the bank and be welcomed by a salutation by name. That's very special to us. I recommend becoming a member of the family of VYSTAR CREDIT UNION.

They will make adjustments to your account (like disabling it for fraud) and give you no notice (no text, call, or email to me). When you call to research after talking to 3 people telling me my account was not locked - they finally figured out the fraud department had disabled it and put no notes on my file. Vystar has been going down hill for the past few years and I do not see them getting any better. Please save yourself the headache and find another financial institution. For the record, this was not my only experience with their customer service. This was the last straw for me. Do better Vystar!

There was a time when I would send my employees to a branch in California to learn how to treat customers. Over the years Wells Fargo has created a well crafted Pavlovian effect where when you walk into a branch and your thirsty because they hand you water bottles., dum dum lollipops or Keurig style coffee. The branches I have experience with, ask you is there anything else I can do to exceed your expectations? NOT THIS BRANCH. I opened my own door...ok no problem...didn't have that experience in CA but trying not to be a snob. I was greeted and immediately got service. My request was taken care of, not exactly quickly but they got the job done. I'm standing in the lobby rocking my babies stroller with two bank representatives sitting in chairs 4 feet in front of me, one with a personal cell phone out and I asked them for water. They replied down the hall over there finger pointing. I proceeded to the route and on my left was an open vault??? And on my right a walk way, I looked confused. Another associate asked me what I was looking for, I said water, they pointed the way and before me was a stainless steel wall mounted push bar drinking fountain for children. I wasn't interested in bending over to drinking while attending to my infant in stroller so I turned around. WOW... what an embarrassment for Wells Fargo. I used to have 4 business accounts with them. I transferred to chase in another state because I've noticed a significant difference in service. When I moved to Palm Coast 6 mo ago my experience with Chase has been boutique and personable. My 9 year old son asks everyday when I pick him up from school if I have a deposit to make at chase... Why because they are super excited when we walk in the door and he loves the hot chocolate Keurig they have. What an amazing way to teach my child to save when a bank treats us like royalty.
