We finally started complaining so he asked his asst manager to help but even then it took the 2 of them 45 mins before we could leave...and I think they were still trying to input information. I've been to this location 3 times now and every single time it takes forever and their excuse is the technology. it's ridiculous. This company needs better training for all of their employees because the customers are the ones suffering for the lack of it.

I explained that my endorsement gave them full recourse to me for the check, but the branch manager got involved and stated that all banks require that now due to a Federal mandate. I didn't believe him, went to Chase Bank and they happily accepted the check saying that there was no Federal requirement as Wells Fargo had claimed. A lie cost you a 33 year customer. There is NO excuse for lying. I can't trust you with my money and you inconvenienced me to boot. Goodbye.

They revamped electronic payments and now send paper checks by snail mail instead of secure and…read moretimely electronic payments. They sent a check to Duke Energy instead of an electronic payment. They had been sending electronic payments for this vendor the entirety of my time with them. This was an unannounced degradation of service that could have cost me and thousands of others of customers, a lot of money. If I had waited for the same date I had normally been paying my bill I would have been rightfully hit with a late payment by Duke. How many of their customers weren't so lucky? Electronic payments are a basic service that has been available to consumers for decades. Not sure what chucklehead should have been fired for this but heads should roll for whoever ran and signed off on this project. (Update on April1 (Not a joke) - I just received an email from Duke Energy that after 15 days the check that was supposedly sent has yet to arrive. 5 days until the late charge hits.) (Update on April 2 - If you delete and re-add them you might be able to get electronic payments to the major electricity provider in your county restored. Probably won't work. We have a new system. Maybe it will work some day.) No luck. They have Duke Energy listed but not for my zip code. Moving on to a new CU.
