They have two specific play areas. One for toddlers, ages 2-5, and one for bigger kids, 2-12. Most of the toddler play area is covered with the exception of the swings. There is a unisex bathroom with a changing table directly beside the playground area. The playground is walking distance of the YMCA and several athletic fields. The athletic fields have a nice, gravel walking path around them. We had a great time at Hope Park and would love to go back.

Best of all it's free to the public. It has fields, colorful playground equipment and tennis courts. Next to it is also a splash pad. There are several areas to get out of the sun and cooking areas. I think the Kiwanis and Zahra Baker parks are named for the adjoins areas of the park.

I am not sure if Lincoln County is keeping up the maintenance on it. This park has multiple multi-sport fields with soccer goals and lacrosse nets on hand. There is a 3/4 mile asphalt path around the fields for running/walking. Kids have a small playground with some swings, merry-go-round, two climbing gyms and slides. There are two dog runs one for big and one for small dogs. Both are devoid of grass and need attention. There is a large outdoor picnic shelter with restrooms and water fountains. Last of all the disc golf course created by some Eagle Scouts just off the edge of the north side of the park. It is well conceived but overgrown and not maintained. Amazing views!!!…read more Came here on a group hike and it did not disappoint! We did the 4 something mile loop from the upper parking lot to the waterfall and back to the parking lot. It is hard! The amount of incline is enough but going up the stairs after resting at the waterfall was dreadful. We survived! The views are OMG!!!!! Wow! Breathtaking at each lookout. The stone is so smooth it almost looks painted. It rained a little at one of our lookout stops and it was such a refreshing experience. Cellphone reception here is super limited and so I want to come back in hopes I'll be able to actually track my hike .

The park has a picnic shelter with tables and grills, a pretty gazebo and a fishing pier. An activity building (currently closed) has restrooms. The shoreline has a fabulous view of the lake and the picnic tables would be perfect for doing exactly that by the waterside. Parking lot is the trailhead for a paved bikeway and walking trails.
