They are typically busy but the wait is never long. Always friendly and accommodating when I need them to break a $10 or $20. You can wait on the benches but they also have a waiting room with complimentary water and coffee, which is nice on hot days. The exterior wash is usually good. Gets the bird poop out and makes the rims shiny. You can stay inside the car for the ride. The interior cleaning is where they fall a little short. It's good not great. I always notice a little dust or pebbles left in corners. Areas that require a bit more effort to vacuum or reach. They don't rush and if you point something out, they will grab supplies and go over any problematic areas so the service is good.

There's this rude kid that misguides you when you're getting your car cleaned with a nasty attitude and heard this isn't the first time. On top of that i thought they were going to clean my car on the inside they didn't they just spend a bunch of time doing nothing essentially there's no way i paid almost $40 for literally what i brought in. I could've done this at home if I knew it was going to look the same on the inside when i brought it in. I wouldn't go back honestly save your coin and your time and just do it at home. Update: Great customer service owner and manager rectified the situation and are very understanding about my complaints, truly makes me want to go back. I wouldn't of been heard if this was at another car wash but they care about their clients. Updated because the customer service and the complaints are taken serious and they want you to feel heard. 100% coming back because of the customer service.

Beware!! *Damaged My New Vehicle*. I would highly recommend NOT using Shady Days Window Tinting…read moreCompany. Find another tinting company. At first, I read the reviews and most of them seemed good, so I decided to use this tinting company. I contacted the company and they provided me an estimate, date and time they would install the tint on my brand new vehicle. Everything seemed to be on the up and up. Installer arrived and installed the tint on my new vehicle. I pulled my vehicle out of my garage so I could get a look at the job that was completed. That is when I noticed that the tint installer damaged the interior of my new vehicle, which had 45 miles on it. I immediately texted the number, who set up the appointment and advised her of my findings. I sent her photographs of the damage. She stated MILTON would call me and make sure the vehicle would be fixed. Milton called and said he would have his guy "Chris", who fixes interiors. Weeks go by and Chris sends me several text messages saying he is coming to my house to fix my vehicle. "Smoke Screen" to make me think MILTON actually cares about his clients. A month later and my new vehicle still has damage and CHRIS and MILTON are no where to be found. I have texted the initial person and advised her that no one has fixed my vehicle. Again, she said MILTON would make it right. "SMOKE SCREEN" again. I'm looking into potential Legal Action against the company for the damage. I have never written a bad review before but this needed to be done. Shame on you MILTON for not taking care of your customers!

The visit I had at the previous business wasn't spectacular; however, this was a far better experience. I've desperately needed my car detailed and have struggled with the idea of letting anyone touch it due to COVID-19 concerns. In passing by this location, I've noticed the staff wearing masks and it's also very clean so I decided to entertain taking my car here. I researched the business hours early Sunday morning and stumbled across a Groupon offer. The deal combined with the convenient opening time of 8AM persuaded me to give in to my germaphobic fears. I'm really happy I did! I opted for the full service deal and there happened to be a 20% promo offer. I paid $11.25 in the end. I got more than my money's worth! I pulled up to the car wash and the staff were both friendly and patient. As I mentioned above, I hadn't visited this location since they changed hands so I wasn't privy to the fact one remains in the car when it goes through the wash. That being said, I was extremely confused and not complying very well with their guidance. I'm sure they had some good conversation once I caught on, lol. Nonetheless, they were good sports about it! The Groupon was scanned when I pulled up so payment was essentially taken care of at time of service eliminating the need to go into the lobby. After I drove through the wash portion, I circled around to the back where Junior detailed both the inside and exterior of my car. My dashboard and seats looked great and my floor mats and tires haven't been this clean in a LOOOOONG time! WOW! Due to the fact I purchased the Groupon on my iPhone with Apple Pay and was coming from a run, I didn't have cash to tip nor did I have a debit card for the ATM inside. Needless to say, I asked Junior his name and promised to return. For the record, I did return within the hour. ;) Junior was friendly and professional and did a superb job detailing my car and so were the other gentlemen who assisted and worked there. Finally, the manager was also very friendly and accommodating. I will absolutely return to this establishment and recommend this car wash to others in need of an affordable detail.
