Find someplace else. Don't say you haven't been warned…read more I've lived here for more than 8 years. Since the management team, Margie and Steve left, the complex has become a nightmare of children riding bikes, skateboarding -- and riding in motorized go-carts (!) in the parking lots, parents no where to be seen. The kids then throw their bikes INTO the bushes. I see them from my window, half-buried under the snow, twisted and shoved into a bush. I have to look at this every day. I nearly hit a boy zooming through the lot on his toddler-size two-wheeler with training wheels. No helmet. No parent in sight. No repercussions. Then, later in the week, same kid . . . . different day. Also, the management office commandeered the only two HANDICAPPED parking spaces for their delicate office employees (and put up new "Reserved Parking" signs to replace the handicapped signs). Grass will grow up to your calves before it is then mowed down to the mud, and so you get to barbecue on a brown patchwork "lawn" that looks ridiculous. Whoever does the landscaping saves us for last -- and they come on SATURDAY MORNINGS. My neighbor smokes right outside MY door and throws his butts on the grass in in the bushes. There are hundreds of them. Cars speed through the parking lots at 40 miles an hour. Management has no interest in reinforcing the very rules they mail out to residents. That rolled up list of rules I get shoved between my door and the doorknob 3 times a year -- it's a "dog and pony show," a mere going through the motions. Someone will have to be run over in the parking lot or the lawns will have to burn before anyone takes these serious problems -- seriously. Mr. Scheinerman, get in touch with your basic humanity (it's in there somewhere, no?) and take some pride in your property and the idea of public safety. Enforce rules, and invest in the fundamental safety of this place. Today I'm embarrassed to have visitors. I used to be so proud to live here. Not any more.

When i moved out i got a piece of paper from them asking to give them a 5 stars, i honestly will…read moregive them -3 stars and here's why: 1) When i was applying for this apartment complex MG was my point of contact and it was very difficult trying to get a hold of her if i had any questions during the application process. It would take her forever to get back to me. When i was finally ready to sign all the paperwork and get the keys i asked her if we could do it another day and see if she could accommodate and she flat out told me NO. 2) When i was signing my paper work they told me that would not provide me blinds for the sliding door of my patio and i had to pay out of pocket to either get an outside company to install them for me, pay around $100 for them to source and install the blinds for me or i can just buy the blinds myself and pay them $50 to install them for me THIS BY FAR IS JUST A HUGGGEEEEEEEEE SCAM BY THEM!!!!! I just decided not to have blinds on my patio and just live with it 3) As for my unit itself that i was living in, i knew right away that i made a mistake living there and regretted my decision immediately. Looking back at it now, i realized that the carpet in my unit has very dingy and old and should have been replaced before i moved but for some reason management did not decide to do this (I'm very salty about this because in the unit next to me management replaced the carpet in the unit before the new tenets moved in.) They just shampooed my carpet and shampoo carpet machine that they used did not did a very good job cleaning my carpet. My carpet looked exactly the same before they shampooed it. 4) Also my unit had no insulation and the walls were very thin thus in the wintertime it would get very cold and i was just wasting money with heating because my unit was not built very well and all the hot air was just slowly escaping from my unit. The water pressure coming out of my sink and shower was not very strong and my dryer would take forever to dry my clothes. If i had a lot of clothes to dry i would run it like 2-3 to dry my clothes. 5) Like every one else on here dealing with the maintenance department was a HUGEEEEEEEEEEE PAIN IN THE A$$. I had issues with the water heater in my unit, it was starting to not work anymore and speaking/dealing with Connie to get someone to my unit to fix my water heater was more difficult than pulling teeth. I would leave voicemails in the maintenance phone line and no one would respond back to me, i learned a trick where you just had to dial the the number and just hang up (to avoid leaving a voice mail) until Connie or someone else would eventually pick up your call. To their credit they eventually did fix it but i was just one big hassle fixing it. At first they just kept making sure the pilot light did not extinguish then after the third visit they finally just replaced the heating unit parts and eventually it was finally fixed after that. 6) like every one else kept saying on here the management would just pile on fees on all the tenets like they just don't care. The pool was never open when i wanted to use it and the clubhouse itself was just an afterthought. Management would not and will not spend money to renovate it and make it look better. Of course, my access card would not work to enter the clubhouse and like i explained above trying to contact the maintenance/management team was a HUGGEEEEEE PAIN IN THE A$$ so i avoided using the pool and the clubhouse at all. Even like the landscaping or just general upkeep of the grounds of this place is very dingy and drap and awful and i'm convinced management /maintenance just do not care at all. In conclusion, DO NOT MOVE HERE AT ALL, AVOID THIS PLACE / DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT OR CONSIDER MOVING HERE. Monmouth Junction/South Brunswick is a good town and the school system is pretty good here but look at other apartment complexes in Monmouth Junction/South Brunswick to live in.

My purchase was…read morefrom La-Z-Boy Furniture Store in Monmouth Junction, NJ: "I've been a fan of La-Z-Boy for 20+ years, up until now. I've had many La-Z-Boy's, all were heaven, from day 1. I just purchased the Apollo loveseat recliners and it is HORRIBLE. The double recliners are rock hard, uncomfortable, 100% unusable, and a waste of $4500. This is NOT what I tried out and purchased in the store. Customer Care sent a technician, he took photos, then reported back, there was nothing wrong with it. He did not even sit in it, or test it at all. My handicapped husband requires a recliner for sleep, so this is unacceptable." And the reply from an "Executive Escalation Specialist": "We regret to hear of the concerns you are having. We were able to locate your service ticket, and see that you were scheduled for an in-home service appointment with one of our technicians. The technician found your unit to be built up to manufacturing specifications; from a repair standpoint, there are no repairs or adjustments that can be made." I sent a reply, which remains unanswered. Since this product is not what I ordered, and Customer Care is not returning my phone calls in spite of having purchased the Fabric Lifetime Protection Plan and Power 5 Year Protection, I will be filing complaints to the Better Business Bureau, and my state's Consumer Division of Consumer Affairs [under the Office of the Attorney General], for a return and full refund, with a copy going to the company's CEO in Michigan.

I have had to have Acupuncture 3 times to relieve the pain in my back and neck...so far. My fiancés neck is killing here and it's tingling. The chairs are very poorly made and we went back to the store to get our money back. We were told if we didn't line them, they would have to be notified within 3 days. They said a service technician could come out and make any necessary repairs. The tech identified the issue in both chairs in 3 minutes. They both needed additional fill, mine also need some foam. He said it was the number 1 issue. He then says he'll order the fill and when it arrives, he install it. He said it'll take about 3 weeks for the material to arrive and 10 days to come back. It was recommended we didn't use the chairs. So are $3,200.00 chairs can't be used for longer than we've owned them? If it's the number 1 issue, shouldn't he have the material in his truck? I wish I could give them 0 stars.
