Southland did a great job on the service for my grandfather. What I really want to point out is the above and beyond story.
Driving from the cemetery back into Taber I experienced car trouble. Scott from Southland pulled over and helped. The car needed attention; Scott made a call and had someone open a closed shop for me. He followed me there and drove me back to the family. When the car was done, Scott offered to drive me to pick it up. Further, he had taken care of the bill. Unbelievable!
A further comment. After the graveside service I asked Darryl if there was a book or register at the cemetery office, so I could look up some grave locations. He said they had one back at the office, and asked who I was looking for. A short time later I received a text with the grave locations and even photos of them. Truly superior service. read more
