The meal provided was supposed to be a breakfast for dinner buffet for around 170 people. It took everyone about 2 hours to make their way through the buffet line one time (I should know. I was at the last table to get food). The line was very inefficient because people could only take food from one side and then they put an omelet station at the end of the line. What happened was that people would wait for the omelet station and block the food so the other buffet line did not move. My other issues include the fact that when it was finally our turn, they were out of bacon and french toast completely (my husband asked). So what we had left was some eggs, sausage, salad and potatoes. Since it was after 9 pm at this point and I was starving, I actually picked up the potato wedges and started eating them immediately while still in line for an omelet. They were cold! :( I finally gave up on the omelet because it took too long. I figured I would just tough it out and eat something at home. I'm glad I didn't eat more because as soon as the food hit our stomachs, we started feeling sick. My husband didn't even finish the little food he did have and that's not like him. A lady at our table complained to the catering staff and apparently she said people had eaten more than they had predicted. What we wondered was if you were planning on everyone only eating a certain amount (say 2 slices of bacon), why wasn't someone from the catering staff dishing out the portions so everyone could at least get one helping?

Beautiful hardwood flooring can be exposed if you want room for dancing. So many different menu options and they will even do brunch, complete with mimosas. We received the space, ordered from the menu and a week later showed up. We hired a DJ to make it a celebration for our cowboy who loved to dance. The space was decorated beautifully and while I'm a picky eater I ate until I couldn't eat anymore. I'm writing this review because I want this space to be here forever. I'm planning an event during the summer of 2024 and plan to reserve the venue soon. I love the owners and the entire concept and please don't make me mention the food again - too delicious!
