I'm having really bad stomach pains and been refusing to go to the hospital because I said to myself I'll be seeing the doctor soon but now I have to wait another week and probably go to the emergency room for my stomach because the doctor can't see me. I'm very disappointed that I switched primary care providers to go to this doctor here but I still haven't seen here it's been a month. The reason they had to reschedule was because the doctor isn't in so I'm hoping she's in next week or else I'm switching to another doctor. I told three separate people that the only reason I was there was trouble falling asleep, only for him to finally admit over the phone after I took the sleep apnea test that there was nothing he could do for that. If he had admitted that upfront, I could have saved going. Find a doctor who actually listens to what you say and cares.

However, I came out very disappointed from my appointment. I came to see Dr. Ali because I was having a food allergy but I didn't know to what. When I saw the doctor I started to explain, but within seconds I was cut off and was scolded because I couldn't recommend when or what I had eaten from 3-4 weeks ago. He kept repeating to me " You are making my job hard." I felt overwhelmed at this point and felt I was being scold because I didn't know exactly how to put into words what was going to me. I was a patient of Dr. Sharon's at this office for several years. She left and I was given no…read morenotice of this. No letter in mychart, no letter in the mail. I am in the middle of some serious medical issues and have no doctor assigned to me. I was told there is no one taking on her patients. I wanted someone to go over my MRI results with me and was given an appt with the NP Stephanie Workman who I requested to not be seen by. During said visit she states "well, I don't typically read MRI's but I'll read what's stated on the report". I did that myself and searched on Google prior to the visit. I stated I would like a doctor note for my back issues as I have been coming for this since September of 2023 with no type of resolution to be met with "You can ask the sun of your employer it doesn't mean they will work with you". I had already cleared this with my employer and should not be ridiculed by your NP who thinks she knows my situation at work. She just did not want to take the time to write the work restriction note and it was clear she didn't want to help me. Her attitude is poor and she seems to not know answers. I have a current referral to U of M for my back to which she asked why I was not going to see the back doctor through HF. This is exactly why. Almost a year of coming for the same issue with no answers and now no actual doctor assigned to me. I wasted my time to have zero questions answered by a nurse practitioner who could not answer them. I am fully transferring care to Beaumont as this whole situation with the doctor leaving was handled poorly and could have been taken care of in a more appropriate manner.
