People jog and walk their dogs. The apartments are old, but they fix things really fast, which was not true of a couple of so-called luxury places I lived in. It is one of the few places that is pet friendly. My townhouse has a little fenced yard and people can have large dogs. You have to maintain your own backyard (makes sense with dog policy). I pay a guy to cut the grass in back. My last neighbors had a golden doodle. I had 2 cats, now one. My townhouse has a little basement so I bought a washer and dryer. i can park right outside my door. I really like the management. Problem. Boom. Fixed. At Christmas some people put up Christmas lights. There is a high school across the street from me. In fall, I can hear the band practicing. Love it. Closest thing to home I found in a rental. I took off one star because it really is old so people won't think it is a luxury pad. I wouldn't trade it for that stinking cold unfriendly high rise I lived in that cost a fortune where I had to walk a mile from my car. My brother visited from California. He saw my place, couldnt believe what I paid. Called it a palace. (he lived in san Carlos, where couln't remt a parking space for what I got)

My mom is not behind in payments and has been here for many years. My mom has lived here almost 11 years. They do absolutely nothing for their long time loyal tenants. She asked for a simple paint job because after 10 years it's a little scuffed up and around the heat vent has black dust. She also requested the dirty carpets cleaned, and they said no. Also the washing machines are never cleaned, so your clothes smell like mildew after a cycle. They also don't dry completely so you have to use more money to run it twice. The person that runs this place is rude and has a smart mouth with people asking simple questions

The property manager Candace is the most unprofessional employee I have ever come across, there are children more mentally capable of having integrity than this employee. I wouldn't be surprised if this women was hired into this position because daddy knew somebody. There is drugs and violence here do not move here for your own safety!. If you value your safety and your family's well being I suggest you rent literally anywhere that this management company isn't managing. We said we were interested in renting, and they pointed us to a sales office. The place smelled horrible... think microwaved fish. The smell, along with the skeezballs on the couch didn't give a warm welcome The woman who "assisted" (I use that term very lightly) us took about one minute to go over the apartment prices and told us she didn't have anything to show us today but we can come back next week to look at one and sign paperwork. There were no probing questions about what my friend was looking for, no asking what her budget is, what she needs in a living space, etc. She just sounded like a robot. No smile, no warmth, no anything. We were not impressed. It was our first stop of the day, and my friend was most excited to check this place out. She left completely underwhelmed and ended up signing a lease with another apartment because their sales person was incredible. Having an enthusiastic (but not pushy) salesperson is SO important when it comes to the place you're going to be living. They need someone who understands this in their leasing office.

When I explained that the lady had fallen and couldn't physically use the buzzer, Kathy simply shrugged and told me the client needs to come down to 'fill out a red form.' The lack of empathy and the hostile behavior from management is absolutely ridiculous
