He was very nice and clearly ambitious. I'm giving him 1 star because Travis failed to clean the refrigerator and that resulted in a $100 cleaning fee when I moved out. The services took place on 03/27 and my move-out was 03/31. I had already moved into my new place on 03/18 so I was no longer living at the apartment that he was hired to clean. On 03/30 I did a final walkthrough before surrendering the keys and noticed the error so I sent him photos and asked if he could come back; no response. 03/31, I called and sent messages to see if there was anyway that he could come back and finish the job but again, no response. On 05/12 when I finally heard from the leasing office about returning my deposit, they sent me pics of the refrigerator and suggested that I get a refund to make up for some or all of the cleaning fee that I would be charged so, I reached out once again and still to this day Travis has never responded. I am so disappointed especially because I gave him such a generous tip and told my friends and family about him after meeting him. I DO NOT RECOMMEND his services at all simply because he refuses to even respond or refund me for causing me an additional fee for something I paid him to take care of. I wasn't going to say anything but as someone who reads reviews, there's no way he should have all 5 stars with behavior like that.

All claims are supported my text messages, images and screen shots. 1. Property Damage Your staff used harsh chemicals that caused visible damage and staining to my bathtub and handles. This damage has affected the function and appearance of my property. You initially acknowledged responsibility and agreed to repair the damage. However, since then, you have failed to respond to multiple calls and messages. 2. Breach of Contract: Your company promised to fix the issue via text message and then ghosted me, which is a breach of contract. 3. Invasion of Privacy I recently discovered that you posted before and after images of the inside of my home on your company's social media accounts without my knowledge or permission. This is a serious violation of my privacy rights under Florida law. 4. Misrepresentation and False Advertising On your company's marketing materials, you claim to be "licensed and insured." I have since verified that this claim is false. This constitutes fraudulent misrepresentation and a violation of the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA). I will be suing this company for all four violations and addition to my attorney/court fees. Please learn from what happened to me and stay away from this unprofessional company.
