I paid anyway; however, when I returned home the cleaning was well below standard and the areas I requested to be cleaned were untouched. When I called the owner, he made excuses for not completing the work and refused to provide partial reimbursement. I will now need to pay someone else to do it. He stated that because we asked for a 4-hour deep cleaning (of an empty house) he was unable to do the things I specifically asked for. He also blamed my wife several as the reason for the deficient work. Very poor customer service with an unwillingness to make things right after explaining that the work that was not done.
