Mendy was my assigned driver and she reached out two days before the surgery date to confirm everything and ensure I knew Doctor Drives was providing exactly what I needed. On the day of surgery, Mendy alerted me when she was on her way and arrived for the pickup exactly on time. Mendy was so cheerful, friendly, and welcoming. Taylor - the driver - was very friendly and efficient and has a background as an EMT, so I was very comfortable with him. He arrived right on time to the pick-up and they allowed me to call in for the return-trip pickup since we didn't know how long the appointment would be. When I called back to find out why nobody was coming, my calls were sent to voicemail. Would give zero stars if I could. Deleting this phone number from our preferred vendors list as well.
