Neither Diego nor Brock responded consistently to phone calls, text messages, or emails. There was no proactive outreach, no status updates, and no acknowledgment that inquiries were even received. Clients are left entirely in the dark. **Application Process & Transparency** After submitting a completed application and paying all associated fees, the listing was quietly removed with no explanation or communication. We were told we were the only applicants. However, we were later informed that another applicant had "out-scored" us based on an internal scoring system that is never disclosed to applicants. I find it difficult to believe that a competing applicant was able to tour, apply, and be fully approved within a window of roughly 3.5 hours (between 6:00 PM and 9:30 AM). The fees collected are non-refundable regardless of outcome. **Management & Accountability** When we visited the office in person, Brock assured us we would receive an update by end of day. When we followed up the next morning, he stated it was "not his department" and transferred us to voicemail -- this from someone who is listed as an owner of the business. The lack of accountability and dismissive attitude toward paying clients is unacceptable. **Landlord Relations** Perhaps most concerning was a conversation we had directly with the property owners, who shared that they had been waiting months to fill their rental and were on the verge of listing the home for sale -- completely unaware that any interested applicants existed. This suggests a serious disconnect between this company and the landlords it claims to represent. A review of the property's Zillow rental history appears to support a pattern: the listing cycles on and off the market repeatedly, fees are collected, applicants are told another party was selected, and the property is relisted weeks later with claims that the prior placement fell through. **Final Note** I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to first review their Better Business Bureau profile. Based on the pattern of responses to negative reviews -- typically directing complainants to contact a specific staff member or call the office, with no actual resolution -- I expect a similar response here. Let's start by saying she's definitely not as young as the photos. To include her yelp photo. Those…read morephotos are at least 10+ years old with filters and yet she still uses them for her advertisements. I also never met her or even spoke to her until she showed up at my house. My first call was with her brother and he said she would be meeting him there, but he never showed. Look out for the bait and switch, which already put a bad taste in my mouth for how this was gonna go. My home is definitely not a higher end home, but it is a good starter home with everything updated for a young family. Karen came in already downplaying the value of the house with a very low number of what it would sell for. Ironically, I got that same number from opendoor, which is an investment firm that buys the houses for about 80 to 85% of their true value. Clearly she had already looked at my house as just an investment property. The entire time all she did was say I've done this and I've done that, but she never made it feel like we would be working together to sell my house for the most money possible. She only brought three comps which were as far away as 4 miles. Simply put she's a dinosaur in this industry and unless you have a home valued at 500,000 or more she doesn't seem interested. She left a lot of old flyers and not a single one. had an older home with updates on it so I highly doubt my house would've even made her flyers. Yes she did say the company spends hundreds of thousands of dollars to make sure they're listed first and do the social media work, but is that truly selling my house on all of those platforms or is it just selling the company and the higher end homes? I went with a younger more social media connected realtor who came in with a number $55,000 higher than what Karen said my house would sell for which was backed up by eight comps within a mile of my house. I think that just goes to show that Karen wanted to flip my house for an investor. Will it sell for that higher number, maybe not but if you don't try you'll never know. Karen was willing to leave money on the table to move me along and help her investors!

Searching during the pandemic, brought a special set of challenges. it was an incredibly tricky market with very few houses available and so much competition. He was willing to take the time and view so many different houses with us. We found a historic house and he helped us navigate through a bad inspection and didn't try to talk us into buying something that we shouldn't. We ultimately retracted our offer (which was absolutely the right move) and then found an even better house. He did an excellent job through the negotiation phase and brought the purchase price it into our budget. I can't recommend Scott enough! Selling Our house sold for list in under 48 hours. Is there really anything else that you need to know? Scott helped advise us on how to stage our house to make it look its absolute best. All of our neighbors thought that we were listing at way too high of a price, but he pushed for it and the ultimately proved them all wrong. It was such a smooth process from start to finish.

Once they found out, they pretty much scolded me and told me the home I was looking at would fail and inspection (I never told then where it was or the condition of the home) and my new Realtor is a "fool". I cannot wait to get a home and let them know that someone else did a job far BETTER than them.
