But once I dropped off my Jeep at 9 AM, everything went downhill. I was told my vehicle would be the first one worked on and possibly finished by the end of the day. That never happened. My Jeep wasn't touched at all. I understand that delays and emergencies can happen, but completely ignoring your customer is unacceptable. I called and texted multiple times the next day starting at 10:44 AM--no response. Hours went by with nothing. By 3 PM, I had to reach out again just to ask if my vehicle was even ready. At that point, I was done and told them I was coming to pick up my Jeep and the bumper I purchased. I no longer trusted them to do the work. I had to repeatedly blow up their phone and even track down another number online just to try to get a response--still nothing. That level of poor communication is beyond frustrating. Yes, they offered to give me the running boards for free because of the inconvenience, and the technician was apologetic when I showed up--but that doesn't make up for being ignored and left completely in the dark. This business might have potential, but their communication is terrible. If you're okay with being ignored and not knowing what's going on with your vehicle, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, I suggest going somewhere else.

My Experience with Rev Services - Lexus GX 550 Overtrail+…read more I want to share my experience with the installation of a Westcott Preload Collar lift on my 2026 Lexus GX 550 Overtrail+. Unfortunately, what should have been an exciting upgrade to my brand-new vehicle turned into a stressful and frustrating experience. Following the installation, the front struts began leaking oil, requiring further evaluation and repairs at Toyota. According to Toyota's evaluation, the technician at Rev Services had overextended the struts during installation. Toyota subsequently identified leaking struts that required replacement, along with additional parts to address the issue. My GX also required one ADAS calibration. My vehicle spent approximately one week at Rev Services and an additional two weeks at Toyota, leaving me without my GX for nearly three weeks. This was a significant inconvenience, especially considering that the vehicle was brand-new and the issues arose following the aftermarket suspension installation. I want to acknowledge that Julio at Rev Services communicated with me throughout the process, and the shop paid for Toyota's repairs as well as the ADAS calibration. I appreciate that they took financial responsibility for these expenses and made an effort to resolve the situation. However, I believe it is important for prospective customers to understand that this was more than a minor inconvenience. The installation was followed by mechanical issues that required dealership evaluation, replacement parts, and weeks without my vehicle. This was not the experience I expected when investing in an upgrade for my new Lexus. I am glad to have my GX back, and I sincerely hope the repairs resolve the issues permanently. I appreciate that Rev Services covered the expenses and worked toward making things right, but the experience itself was stressful and should not be overlooked. I am sharing my experience so other Lexus GX owners can make an informed decision before choosing an aftermarket suspension upgrade. Proper installation, technician experience, communication, and accountability are extremely important, especially when working on a brand-new vehicle. Was so impressed that they took me right in and repaired (patched) the tire and had us on our way in 30 minutes. They could have tried to make me buy a new tire or even 2. Maybe it is because we live in LA and are used to folks trying to rip everyone off. It was so refreshing to see honest and nice people helping us out.
