Absolutely horrible experience with this contractor. He is rude, obnoxious, a straight up bully,…read morehis work was less then par. Deliberately damage and ruin projects. Never followed through on anything he'd say. This guy had absolutely no intention on finishing the job properly. My doors are ruined. Looks like a five year old put it together. Would harass and make threats every time I went to him with claims about his work. He left screws and nails under new laminate flooring. My bathroom was a disaster. Left open vents under the cabinets. Air conditioning vents were moved and not properly put back. Left open under my house. Bathroom ceiling fan wasn't even connected to an exterior vent. He deliberately put up dry wall over it so I wouldn't see it. Floors are completely damaged. Everytime they came back to fix something the would absolutely create more damage. Eventually I ended up paying him off just to get rid of home. His a con man. I would never recommend him to any one. Absolutely a night mare to work with. This guy had two kids working for him, had no construction experience. I mean look at the pictures speak for it self. I ended up redoing my whole bathroom, all my doors, floors, he didn't even weather proof or level my windows. I really don't even know where to start. I had a brand new thermostat that got damaged during install. The floors had hundreds of broken and chipped corners.

Not RECOMMENDED! Contractor is difficult to work with and can be argumentative and very…read moreunprofessional. Does not like for the customer to point out things that need to be done, redone or that is not done to the client's satisfaction/request. There is also an issue with them keeping subcontractors because they walk of the job and in one instance the subcontractors were asking us the client for payment because Random Contracting LLC did not pay them for work done. The owner yells at his contractors and brags to his clients about how they hate for him to come on the job when they are working. They also did a horrible job on our drywall and there's flaws throughout our basement because the owner used his "framers" to hang drywall and not a professional dry crew. The drywall finishers that came in after the drywall was hung did the best that they could with what they were given to work with, but the end results are shoddy at best due to the improper drywall installation itself. Random Contracting LLC also sent us a final invoice for things that had been discussed throughout the project even before the contract signing that should have been included in the contract. The owner had a habit of demanding money on the spot and wanted the last draw payment with work not being finished completely or having the final inspections, etc. or certificate of completion from the County Building Permit office. When we pushed back saying we were not going to pay him until the full scope of work was complete, the owner became EXTREMELY agitated storming out of our basement and threatening to put a lien on our home which was uncalled for because the scope of work was not fully complete as per the contract. The project started off great, but as time went on and we were asking for a project deadline completion date and were pointing out things that were not complete or done to our satisfaction the owner of Random Contracting LLC became more and more argumentative and did things on purpose to delay meeting our deadline request and would blatantly deny things that he had promised. The owner is moody and has bullying tendencies, he conveyed to us that he was "offended" that we didn't give him the painting contract and his offense was demonstrated on the end by his attitude and the way he spoke rudely to us. It got so bad on the end that we finished out the county inspections ourselves to get our certificate of completion because we did not want Random Contracting LLC or its owner back on our property. Lastly, this contractor upcharges ridiculous amounts of money for jobs he is hiring other subcontractors to do, he attempted to upcharge us $1000 for a patio that he had been quoted $1800 for the work to be done. From our experience this guy is hands off as it pertains to doing actual work and posts on social media to find subcontractors to do the work at the last minute with all kinds of people showing up at our home that were not vetted properly which made us feel very uncomfortable. This is not a legitimate full service contractor as they advertise, they farm out the work to anyone who will take the job as they upcharge along the way taking advantage of their clients.
