They don't just "crack to crack." They sit down with you, get X-rays, find out your goals, and set up a health plan. In 3 months my spine has totally transformed (see the photo below.) You know it's bad when you can visibly see improvement. And NOPE, I didn't have any pain during, between, or after these adjustments. Chiropractic care to me was just "preventative." Who knew I was actually so messed up?! ha! Lots of parking, kind staff, they have all the "bells and whistles" but rely on their own hands to feel the adjustment click in place, and are so friendly. I was told that if they didn't take my insurance (or if there were any other issues) I would be called before my appointment. After hearing nothing, I showed up early for my appointment only to be told they do not take my insurance. When I asked for an explanation I was lied to. Not just lied to - but lied to multiple times (and sometimes in the very next sentence). By the OFFICE MANAGER herself. "I don't know who took your call" became "Paula". "I wasn't here that day" became "I didn't get here until 2:30" "Nobody read the text" became "Paula must have forgotten" DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR BODILY CARE. THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY. He works in two locations. One a business in Royston, and out of his home. My only thought is, I would love to redesign his home space to be a more spa like environment, with a better feng shui.
