On 25 July, the property manager sent me a contact with different terms than initially agreed and asked me to sign. I refused. His responding email was to threaten me by contacting my chain of command. I'm AD AF and my base is across the street. When he threatened me, I got upset. I told him it wasn't my nor my supervision's problem that he doesn't know how to do his job, properly file and acquire paperwork, and that I wasn't signing a contract that didn't state the initial terms of agreement. He placed a lock on my unit...after I notified him I was moving out and done with his business...and before the term I paid for was up. If you're military, stay away from this business, especially around military installations. They target us and attempt to use "contacting our supervision" as a way to intimidate and/or otherwise take advantage of us. Look elsewhere.
