Absolute horrendous company to work for, if you can even call it a company. Whitney has very poor management skills. Her company is all over the place. She talks bad behind clients and employees backs!! She picks and chooses which clients she wants to keep depending on how nice they are. She never can keep and cleaners because the second they make one small mistake, instead of sitting down and discussing things like adults and coming up with resolutions, she just lets them go. She thinks it easier for her doing that, but now her company is just going to be even more of a catastrophe. It's been poorly managed ever since she started her company four years ago and she even admitted that!! She needs to take a step back and realize that everyone else isn't the problem, she is. She needs to rethink her managing skills and maybe everything would go a whole lot smoother for her. She thinks everyone else is the problem, when it's clearly her. I hope she gets her stuff together because she has potential, shes just terribly naive. She also likes to have her "employees" work under the table so it's cheaper for her, (terrible management skills). read more
