The aesthetic is beautiful and relaxing, the service high end and so awesome, and the talent is unbelievable. I popped in on a Thursday afternoon with my design and placement idea in hand and they were able to get me in and out super fast. Everyone acknowledged my visit even the employees that were not directly related to my service. This made me feel like my visit was important to them!!

I came to immortal ink on November 22, 2024. We got my 10 year old daughter ears pierced for her…read morebirthday. After a few weeks, she started to have a couple of problems. First, it was just a little bump on the back of the ears then a couple days later she had to deal with swelling. We went back up there, and she just told us to do the aspirin method, the aspirin method worked, but just a little bit for a few days. Then fast-forward to April 4, 2025. We went back up to immortal Inc. and we had to sadly take them out, and it was a lot of pus in blood coming out of her ears. Her earrings were barricaded inside of her ear. But customer service was very great place nice and everything. It was just these few problems we went to immortal Inc. almost over 20 times in 4 months.

Tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but they're just bad at piercing. The first time I came the…read moreNatalie chick was unprepared and didn't have what she needed to pierce so she borrowed someone else's piercing tool (not used ofc) and I should've taken that as a sign it wasn't going to be a good piercing. It ended up being off center, so I took it out. I messaged them about it, and they were pretty rude about it. They told me I should've came to have it checked out before I did anything and I'm like is that gonna magically center it??? They didn't offer any sort of oh well we can redo it for you once healed, nope! Just blamed me it felt like for their piercers fuck up. I thought it was a bad first impression, so a year later I decided maybe they've improved this time around. I went to Hannah and she did an excellent job! So then a couple months later I went to get another piercing done, unfortunately Hannah was no longer there so I was stuck with Natalie. Well shit, gave her the benefit of the doubt. Didn't center me this time at all, or ask me what jewelry I wanted. I was pierced in less than 2 minutes I'd say and was sent on my way. I feel if you're gonna be in that type of rush and pressure and you're short staffed on piercers maybeeeee don't let them pierce people on account of making money and then errors. Was definitely wanting to get pierced by Hannah. She was amazing! Actually took her took time and made sure I was comfortable with where she had marked me and what not. She was very sweet! Something Natalie didn't do. I'm willing to make the drive to walnut ridge now though since I heard she's at stingerz tattoo studio. Hunter & Shelby are excellent tattoo artist too! So it's a win/win. Will not be giving bewitched my business anymore until they get their piercers and tattoo artists properly trained.
