I contact the owner (Frankie) for a refund of the unused sessions. She told me she would refund and charge me a $100 penalty. I told her that's fine but she never refunded the remainder. Great experience and I loved my aesthetician!…read more I did a couple of Therma-Lifts here, all of the 30+ minute sessions were super lovely. First it feels lovely to have a nice/hot/facial massage, along with soothing music and good smells, plus very nice and professional aesthetician and amazing price (spa treatments are still always pricy, but they offer much better prices than other places). And I can see my smile line and under eye sags tightened afterwards. Four stars only because it is in a weird construction company building on Semoran with no signs outside. This made it a bit sketchy. But as you walk in the place on second floor, it will look more like a beauty spa. I will probably keep on coming back to maintain results. And I will recommend this place to anyone who want results but don't want to pay for Winter Park prices.

I feel and believe that everyone there is interested in my well being, and I truly appreciate that. My time is respected; I'm never left waiting for long. I've just been through a 4-5 week period of 3 visits a week to get a painful back problem under some control and I am feeling better. I got some answers to questions I had and even the TV in the lobby area with a loop of info about chiropractic is interesting. I plan to continue getting adjustments from Dr. James because after you get over the initial jolt of that "back-crack" sensation, it feels pretty dark good. I'm grateful to everyone for being concerned about my wellbeing.
