I waited a day and they never contacted me. Figured they were busy. Waited 3 days to contact them again and he told me he would go that evening. It was another disappointment. I called another company that was more responsive and got the job done. Don't waste your time. If you don't hear from them by the end of the business day might as well look for another company that will be more professional. This is in response to owner- I reached out to you through whatsapp. Gave you my address and you stated you'd come by to give a quote. You didn't. It's ok. Many of your customers are happy with your work. My review is concerning customer service not your work. I'm just disappointed that I was left in limbo for about 5 days with no communication from your business. Have a blessed day.

Their van has a great selection of laminates, vinyls, etc. They showed me the vinyl click-n-locks, that are water resistant, and won't warp up because of the locking together. They brought out several samples, and I found the most beautiful flooring I'm looking at in my house now! I couldn't figure out which way to lay the flooring, and the installer gave me his suggestion, which made perfect sense to me, and I'm so happy with the floor! I talked to them on Monday, and they had it installed on Friday! I moved in on Monday, so time was a big factor for me. They also put up matching baseboard. I didn't have to go searching for that either, as they knew just what to use. Every time I walk into my home, I'm thrilled with my choice of flooring! Excellent service, better selection than Matt's or Kranes or Home Depot or Lowes. Installation was perfect. Price was cheaper than anything I half-way liked at the other stores! Another good point about All About Floors is they have stock they keep and use all the time. Lowes and HD sell close-outs, and you'll never find that same flooring again. I plan on getting the other 2/3rds of my home done after those rooms get painted, and they will still have the matching flooring available. My oh my! It's so fly! I think one reason their prices are so low is because they don't have a big store to pay for, just the van, and great customer referrals.
