I recently had an issue and reached out for help, and I was honestly so impressed by their kindness and willingness to help. It's one thing to have customer service, but it's another to feel like a company genuinely cares about its customers. On my most recent visit, I was on the hunt for an entryway rug. I was impressed to see there were four aisles dedicated just to rugs, so there were plenty of options to choose from. I wasn't sure what size I needed, but they had a rug dimension layout on the floor, which made it so much easier to visualize what would work best in my space. I ended up finding the perfect rug. I also noticed a lot of Valentine's items marked down to 75% off, which was a great deal. This is definitely a place to check out after holidays if you want to get a head start on next year's decorations without paying full price.
