I had to pay extra for a $15 gown bag when my dress was already 1000+ (not their fault but should be included considering the price) and got three color swatches and a tote bag. They didn't educate me that when I want to make a payment on my dress that I have only two options, 1.) pay in store or 2.) pay over the phone with manager assistance. I live about 2 hours away so the phone is clearly the best option. I have a diamond membership and when I would call about my dress they would say they couldn't find the order at first then go through some things to see it. I would have to call multiple times or would be disconnected after being on hold and have to call back. They also didn't educate me that I would have to pay additionally if I wanted the dress shipped to my home and I could've just ordered the dress online directly and skipped ordering at the store. My dress arrives at the Tallahassee location and I needed to get it shipped to Panama City. I paid to have it shipped to Panama City. My dress arrived not in the gown bag I paid for. The bag was missing from the order, I had to call for them to find the order on their system then for them to say they would ship it out to me. I will say if you're planning a wedding and in a time crunch, this wouldn't be the place to shop. They are very sweet but disorganized which causes unnecessary stress to a bride. If my wedding was closer than six months away I would've been livid at the amount of fumbles they did while taking care of my order.

Then about 2 years later I purchased 3 more suits. During those visits the sales staff as well as the seamstress were all fantastic!!! The seamstress was especially helpful and did an amazing job back then with the "Tailored Fit". In 2020 I had open heart surgery and during the recovery and where I'm at today in 2025 I lost 25 pounds. As you can imagine those 5 suits DON'T fit anymore!!! I needed a suit for an event so I called Men's Warehouse about getting one of the altered again. They said no problem and it was part of the lifetime alterations since I purchased the suits from them and they did the alterations. I did have to pay for some special alterations on this suit but no big deal! When I picked up my suit today and tried it on it fit perfectly and I think it fits better now than it did the first time. She did the slim cut alteration on it and I love it. So today again; the staff were very friendly even though they were super busy! The same seamstress that did the alterations 10 years did the alterations again and was just as friendly and helpful! Added note; I looked through the marked down section and saw a dress shirt that fit me perfectly! Normal price was $79 and it was marked down to $14.99. Oh yes love the shirt and price! Thank you Men's Warehouse for providing a great service for us guys!!!! * I definitely recommend Men's Warehouse! Word of advice; was the sales added and sign up for emails and promotions. They usually send big discounts that way!
