I…read moreasked for my PD measurement to order my glasses, the smart mouthed gal behind the counter popped off and said, "that will be $25, we don't just give out information". There is no FOIA against this info and it is part of my record. This the second time I have had trouble with her mouth. The first time was when I asked for an adjustment on the frames I just bought. The nose piece was not right. She said, "maybe next time you should be a little more careful of the frame you select". I do NOT need any smart mouth telling me how to pick out glasses. The have gotten their last dollar from me! No sooner did I hit the post key, she called me at home 2 times. Then she proceeded to call me a liar.

First and foremost, staff was rude. Next, I was very clear that I utilized prescription reading…read moreglasses, but when I was provided with a prescription for regular glasses it was for single prescription lenses, not bi-focal lenses. So, I would have to carry two sets of glasses with me all of the time. And, because my insurance only covers one exam per year, I have to wait to obtain a prescription for bi-focal's or pay extra to have this clinic measure my reading glasses and have a new prescription written.
