I sat for ten minutes and started feeling pressure and discomfort in my chest. When I told her I was having discomfort and pressure in my chest. She said,"well you only have 3 and a half minutes to go. Can you take it?" When I told her to remove the needles as the pressure was turning to excruciating pain. She said,"just calm down and take a deep breath." I repeatedly told her I could not catch my breath. She openly laughed at me and I was made to feel like an overreacting woman than a patient with legitimate issues. Because each time I said I was having trouble breathing I was met with the same response- you need to calm down and take a deep breath. Well a collapsed lung, a chest tube shoved into me, and 3 days in the ICU with same chest tube sticking out of me says otherwise. This woman took sadistic pleasure in my pain and showed no care or remorse when she was informed of my condition. Her response was "well, you have to understand that's one of the possible side effects." This woman needs to be stopped from ever putting needle or filament into another human being. She almost killed me. The next person might not be so lucky.

Some times I have been taken a bit later than my appointment time, and even when I've been taken on time, I have never received a full hour of therapy. Neither the therapist nor the referring NP have time to discuss my therapy plan. Therapist says it's not her place to discuss it. I have not seen any improvement from using the PT department here. Maybe the doctors are wonderful, but the place is a poorly run business. i
