Changed my work schedule completely for the day to be available for those 4 hrs. 9-1 came and went. No message or call. Finally called around 3pm to inquire what happened and why nobody showed up. I was told they had "car troubles". Even if there were car issues, it's disrespect of my time and my schedule to not even call or message me that nobody would be arriving that day. I texted several hours later to ask when we can set up a followup to reschedule and didn't hear anything back. Finally expressed my displeasure at this type of service and got another message the following day after my concern. I can't speak to any of their services or quality of their work since nobody respected my time to show up when promised or call/message if they couldn't come. Wouldn't recommend and we ended up going with a more reliable company.

Absolutely the BEST experience I've ever had with a contractor…read more We hired Carolina Metro Landscape for a large outdoor living project at our home in the SouthPark area of Charlotte, and they completely exceeded our expectations. From day one, they were professional, organized, and incredibly detailed. They showed up on time, called ahead with their ETA, and took the time to truly understand exactly what we wanted. What really stood out was their documentation and communication. They used GoPro cameras (with our permission) to make sure every detail of the design was captured correctly. They took thorough measurements, photos, and videos for the planning phase, especially since this was a fairly large outdoor patio and kitchen project. It gave us confidence that nothing would be missed. Once we approved the estimate, they set us up with the CompanyCam app. That was a game changer. All of our design plans, permit documents, 811 information, and progress updates were in one place. Since I don't work from home, I was able to check in throughout the day and see updated photos and videos of the work in progress. They even had cameras recording while on site and a GoPro on one of the crew members so we could see exactly what materials were being installed. The transparency and communication were next-level. Now we have a stunning custom outdoor patio, a beautiful outdoor kitchen, upgraded plant beds, and a brand-new fire pit. The craftsmanship and attention to detail truly show. If you're in Charlotte -- especially the SouthPark area -- and looking for a professional company for outdoor living, hardscaping, landscaping, patios, or fire pits, Carolina Metro Landscape is the team to call. We absolutely love our new space and will definitely be using them again!

We had a great experience with Charlotte Landscape & Patio!…read more Robert and his crew helped us deal with an extremely wet and muddy area of our yard, by redesigning the drainage and updating the dry-beds with river rock. The crew was on time, courteous, diligent, and did everything we asked. They even went above and beyond, and added some extra drainage channels as well! And after the project was done, they fully cleaned the area, power washed the driveway, and even re-seeded the lawn areas they had to drive the equipment on.... I also have to mention that we found Robert's quote extremely affordable. We do have other areas in our yard that we may alter in the future, and Robert and his crew will be our first call!
